Dealing with Mike Brown was definitely a pleasure.

Dealing with Mike Brown was definitely a pleasure. He was very easy to work with, answered all of our questions and the deal went fast. We were satisfied with the results. We will definitely come back to him in the future and recommend him and the dealership to our family and friends. (We traded in a 2022 Palisade and bought a 2025 Tucson).

We have had yet another BAD experience with Cool Springs

We have had yet another BAD experience with Cool Springs Hyundai. Our "Check catalytic converter" light went on. On 27 November we went to Hyundai for a diagnostics check -- and they presented a bill of $3300+ for a number of items beyond what the diagnostic revealed: The O2 sensors need to be replaced. We declined the extra items and paiid for the rest ($1189). We were told the parts would be availabe in 3-5 days. We haven't heard a word since. When I chatted on their web site I was told we would get a call from a service manager. That was yet another falsehood. I am going to contact the owner (Jason Stacey?) and see if he can deal with this nonsense.

My wife and I needed to buy a car on Saturday due to a family member having a total loss on his vehicle. We had been to another dealer, which dealership had listed a car online we wanted to buy. However, when we went there they had increased the price another $2,500.00, so we declined. We then found a 2022 Altima online for sale at Cool Springs Hyundai so we went there. Michael Anderson was our salesman and he did a great job and was easy to deal with. We made a deal and bought the car and their financing department was also easy. It was a pleasant auto purchasing experience.

Absolutely terrible.

Absolutely terrible..the people there are terrible. Take advantage of you! They quote you a number and you get there and it 2x more. I am so disappointed that people can be so distrusting and just unbelievable. You should be ashamed!
