My experience was terrible.
My experience was terrible. I was informed that the car was available, but the salesperson was nowhere to be seen when I arrived from Boca. Another salesman approached me and requested my license before claiming that the car was missing. After I departed, he called to inform me that they found the car, but were unable to locate the key...geez!!!! get it together!
