Liked a truck online, called or emailed 6 times, not one call or email back, truck has a branded title, want to know problem, why is it so hard to respond? do you sell to many trucks and cars you don't care? worst dealer I have ever seen, there are alot of other places that want to sell me a truck!!!

I enjoyed dealing with Alin Botez, he is a great dealer, very helpful, easy to communicate. He is very friendly and tried his best to please the customer. Alin gave me a ride and explained details about the car I bought. The sales man were awesome very helpful we came in and they hooked us up with the car we came in for. Felt like we were dealing with friends and family they make you feel at home through the transition. I would recommend this dealer to anyone.

Matt was extremely helpful and had pretty good knowledge of the car I was purchasing. I contacted Florida Fine Cars about a specific vehicle I wanted to see and possibly purchase and had spoken to Matt. Matt was located in the Florida Cars Miami location, but the car I wanted was at the West Palm Beach location ( 44 Miles away from Miami ). Matt took the time to travel all the way to West Palm to meet with me and show me the vehicle. He even showed me how to use all the features of the car. At the end of the day I bought the car. Matt was very professional and went above and beyond to assist me in my car buying experience. Also, the staff I worked with on the financing at the West Palm location were also very curious and extremely helpful with the Financing.

As a woman... Stepping foot onto a car lot can be overwhelming. I'm afraid of being ripped off and treated like "a girl" that doesn't know anything about cars. Which are things that have happened to me in the past. However, the moment I entered Florida Fine Cars and met both David and Javier... I felt comfortable. They were both extremely helpful and honest. Not to mention, very attentive and made sure I got exactly what I wanted at a great price. I love these guys. My car buying experience was excellent and I will recommend them to everyone I know!
