Karla Taylor was one of the best car sales person I have

Karla Taylor was one of the best car sales person I have come across by far!! She was so sweet and actually caring! She genuinely cared about what my needs were and did her absolute best to get me the best price for a car I really wanted a beautiful Toyota Prius . The whole experience was wonderful I felt so taken care of 10/10 experience!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! They will tell you whatever you want to hear to make the sale. We purchased two cars for export to the Caribbean and was told lie after lie. The cars arrived with key fobs missing, flat tire, warning lights, 4 wheel drive doesn't work, and dashboard messages to bring it to the dealer for repair. Was told everything is in working condition and the list of things that are needing repair or replaced is a long one. Also, judging by the rust on the engine and interior it seems like it might have been in a flood. I requested a video of each vehicle and Karla sent a video of a vehicle that was different from the one I purchased. I have tried repeatedly to talk to a manager regarding the lies made by Karla, the sales woman, but they refuse to even discuss the matter. The simply don't give a xxxx about anything other than making the sale. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!

Florida Fine Cars appreciates the opportunity to address the customer’s concerns. As stated in the signed purchase agreement, all vehicles sold by Florida Fine Cars are sold “AS IS.” The customer received a Carfax and AutoCheck reports detailing the vehicles history. Regarding the spare key, the customer was informed—both via text and voice note on two separate occasions—that most used vehicles typically come with only one key. If additional keys are available, they are provided. In this case, the spare key for the RAV4 was promised and will be provided as agreed. The customer's claim that the vehicle is different from the one purchased is entirely unfounded. All vehicle details are thoroughly verified and documented prior to approval for export, ensuring full accuracy and compliance with the shipping requirements. Reviewing all our records including all text messages this is the first time any issue involving warning lights has been brought to our attention. At the time the vehicle was picked up by the transportation company, no warning lights or issues were reported.

Thank you for the response and the spare key for the RAV4 will be greatly appreciated. I fully understand that the vehicle was sold as is and I signed off on that. The problem lies in the fact that the salesperson knew I was unable to come view the vehicle and so I asked her specific questions on the condition and she assured me that all was in working order. Upon receiving the vehicle the tire was flat and I had to get it repaired to be able to drive it away, one headlight and side light are not working, one brake light is not working, passenger door was scraping against the frame when opened, the amount of rust on the engine parts and bolts is very suspect and perhaps a sign of flood damage, and a week after I got it a warning light came on my dash saying "Drive-Start Control Malfunction, Visit your Dealer" and I could no longer downshift or put it into 4WD. So yes, I am disappointed and angry at your salesperson telling me everything was in working order. I'm sure you would be disappointed as well. I have an appointment next week at the dealer to look into the warning light, I just spent $250 to get the door adjusted so it opens, and I have yet to price out the replacement of the lights. So yes, I would appreciate a bit of a refund to help with these unexpected expenses. Hoping you do the right thing and compensate me for the mistruths that were said. Finally, let me know what info you need to send the extra key for the RAV4. Thank you

In addition I brought my truck into the local Toyota dealership for a checkup and maintenance. I new need a new battery, new brakes and rotors, front end alignment, and new filters. Also, 4 lights are out but I don't want to pay dealership prices to replace. The rust on the rotors and rust on the engine might be an indication of exposure to salt water, hoping that's not an issue moving forward.
