SUCKS xxx

I called about a inquiry of a 2020 Tahoe they have, letting them know I wanted to trade in my 2016 Tahoe that is in top notch shape, guy straight up laughed at me and told me he wouldn't even give me 24,000 the best he could do is 19,000. WITHOUT EVEN GETTING MY VIN OR SEEING IT IN PERSON. He then asked if I'm shopping around at other places and I told him I am, and one dealership offered me 30,000 he again laughed at me and told me I better go to that dealer and have them cut me a check because I will not get that kind of deal anywhere else. SUPER PROFESSIONAL. I felt like he was downgrading me so bad.

Sketchy and very unprofessional

I talked to Jeff online and on the phone. I was hour and 15 min away and made sure the vehicle was still there and to let him know I was coming with cash in hand for the deal! He said to come on and he would be here. We pulled up and he met me outside the front door. Laughed and let me know someone else was signing papers to buy it right then. In shock I asked if there was no way for us to get it that I had literally brought hundred dollar bills. He said no but we have another one that’s newer we’ll give you for the same price. It was no where near as nice as the one I was looking at and dead battery. While waiting for the battery to charge a fight broke out between a customer and employee. Then everyone in the building came rushing out at this guy screaming and yelling to get off the property. That they were calling the cops. When I got inside I talked to a different guy and he said his company only does the TTL for the other guys and that they weren’t all one dealership. When asking another employ about it. He said no we are all one dealership. No ones story lined up. We decided we would tell Jeff we weren’t interested in the other vehicle. When we saw he wasn’t even getting the battery charged he was instead talking to a different customer and trying to make a deal with them. We left. Super disappointed. Nothing felt right about the whole situation. Save your time and go somewhere else.

Endless truck search

We have been to many places in an endless search for just the right truck. The staff here has been very friendly and patient with us. This place is really comfortable too!

Awesome customer service and financial options!

I have been looking for a larger SUV for myself and my children. I have had a difficult few years so my credit is not good at all!!! I was able to get a deal worked out and financed! There was only a few hour turn around from when I got pre qualified online to when I signed documents! I would recommend this dealership to all!!!!!

Horrible vehicle buying experience

I purchased a used 2014 Ram 1500 for my Son and have had nothing but issues with it since. I was assured that it had been gone through, inspected, and everything was in working order even after I asked about concerns I had with the rear end (I saw fresh oil around the plug) and asking suspicially if the truck would be able to pass an emissions inspection (I live in a county emissions testing is required for registration). Within 2 days of purchase the check engine light came on showing evap system issues and the rear end went out. The dealer did have his mechanic replace it with a used high mileage rear end and then asked me how much I wanted to pay towards it. I paid nothing. Their mechanic also said there was nothing worng with the evap system and just reset the check engine light. It came back on 4 days later. Also the headlight switch gets stuck and the lights stay on. I also found that the aftermarket suspense kit on the truck is missing pieces and is costing me $770 to have repaired. The dealer never even offered to have those issues repaired or pay anything towards them. I WOULD NOT RECOMEND this dealer ship to anyone and would CAUTION everyone to be very wary of purchasing from this dealer. I will not be a repeat customer.

Non stressful environment. They really helped me out with the car buying and trading in process. Friendly and laid back staff who don't pressure you into things you don't want or need. Just a hometown feeling dealership.
