Very pleased, would recommend!

I recently bought a very nice 2012 Silverado from this dealership and I have been very happy with the service I received. My salesman Brian was very helpful with the whole process of getting me the information I requested and was very honest with me and upfront. The financing manager Jason was also very honest and helpful as well and both are great people to work with. A big thank you to you guys!

THE BEST DEALERSHIP EVER!!

I was a little discouraged after another dealership in town had left a bad taste in my mouth. I kept getting a lot of "No's" or dealerships that wanted really big down payments. When you live paycheck to paycheck, that can be a little disheartening. I came across Performance Motors coincidentally. I put in my application and got a call right away from Jason. I explained my situation to him (by which was a little complicated) but he said that he would do everything in his power to make sure that I got into a car. From there, I began to work with Rebecca, who was so sweet and patient with me (I say that because I called about 10 times a day) She guided me the rest of the way and between her and Jason got me approved for a car with a low down payment and within my budget. Everything went VERY smoothly. What's even greater about the experience is that it did not take weeks. THREE DAYS TOTAL from start to finish. Had I not had such a complicated situation, it probably would've taken less. The staff is phenomenal. They understand the consumer and that life happens to people. They were very sincere. I even had to give them a HUGE hug when I got my keys. I can't thank them enough for their customer service, their patience, and understanding. I would definitely lease or buy from them AGAIN AND AGAIN. You guys ROCK!!!!

Cool car and a good price!

I just bought a nice little 08 Ford Focus from here. I really liked it soon after we took off in a test drive. A simple, no frills car but perfect for my needs. The staff was helpful and I drove out of there paying a fair price. Nice dealership!

Best place EVER!!!

Hands down the best set of people EVER!!! Helped me the whole way with no speed bumps. I got what I wanted with them taking care of any concerns I had. Great doing business with you guys. Will definitely come back!

AWESOME SERVICE

Fast and Easy Car !

I am so glad that I found Preformance Moters, this place is so welcoming with fantastic members. This was the first place I came to buy a car and it was fast and easy due to Charlie Miller, especially when it came down to the paper work. I highly recommend this car dealership to everyone who is looking for a car, they worked with me and that truly is a blessing. I am a proud owner of a 2008 Colbolt!!!

they were able to get me in a car

everything was fine we had a lttle tie up at the begining but we were able to get the deal done and i was able to ride out of here

Sometimes we have a hiccup or two to overcome and it takes a minute to get everything in order. Glad we were able to get it done!

Customer Service

Honestly I inquired about a car through this lot because of the "great" deal the internet posted on the cars.com website. When the salesman actually contacted me from the dealership, the deal i seen on the website turned out to be false. The car I was interested in of course was not there any longer(it happens) but the 2nd car of interest was there and the listed price was not anywhere near the actual price of the car. Although I was disappointed with that as far as the customer service from the sales man he was trying to be very helpful. Although they contacted me several times after our 1st conversation they were unable to meet my needs. Even though, their customer service as far as trying to help was good

Thank you for your review. I, myself, am not familiar with your particular situation. I would, however, like to offer my sincerest apologies. Sometimes we sell vehicles and it takes us a minute to remove them from inventory ... which trickles down to the internet and websites and sites they feed to. With that said, to err is human. It doesn't happen often but I've made mistakes, pricing and occasionally selecting the wrong options on vehicles. I'm truly sorry and hope the customer service you received prevails and that you'll consider us the next time you're in the market for a vehicle.
