SRQ AUTO LLC

We searched for a long time for a new bus for our youth department. We found a bus as SRQ Auto. We had an independent mechanic check out the bus and purchased it. I flew down to pick up the bus and bring it back to Alabama. After 1 hour on the interstate an alarm code came on. I called SRQ and they said they did not know what it was. After several more hours the bus engine started cycling down. It was getting late and started to rain. When I turned on the whippers they broke after 10 minutes. I called the next morning and asked if we could bring it back. I was told “All sales are final”. I even offered to pay a $5000 return fee. They refused. I finally made it to Tallahassee FL. After being at a service center for 2 months we were able to drive it home. On the way home again the engine started cycling down again. We purchased in June of 2021. Today in is January of 2022 and we have put in over $10,000 additional money for repairs and it still does not work. DO NOT BUY FROM SRQ!

I've been looking for two months now trying to find a vehicle. Given the situation I was in it's been down right nerve racking. I got what I was looking for and Robyn made it happen today. Thank you so much.

Stay away!!!! My husband was duped by their charm as was I. They lure you there with super friendly and overly persistent contacts ...and like many others have said in Google Reviews....once they get your money they treat you like crap. I'm sure they won't be in business much longer the way they treat customers. Even a veteran was disrespected as you'll see in the Google reviews. They do not have any sense of customer service. The light will fail from the condensation and any dishonest dealer will dry it out with a air compressor to ensure it is not showing a defect in the seal. Mechanically it seems to run like a champ ....but windshield wipers and safe headlights are important...to most ...not them apparently. Obviously.... we were too quick to give a good recommendation on their Facebook. We bought a car a few days ago thru Christina and already had to pay $100 for a tire sensor...and now we see the passenger headlight is collecting water when it rains. apparently they certify by checking only mechanical issues not safety issues....so when the headlight fails from condensation....and research shows it will ...we will sue SRQ Auto as they are not offering to make the vehicle safe by replacing the headlight fixture and reinforcing the faulty seal if needed. Her solution was to quote us on a used headlight assembly. They had this car on their lot enough rainy days to know this was defective. Shady. If they don't make this right......and we'll give them the chance.. but if they don't fix this on their dime....consumer lawyer will be contacted . Along with the ADA because this is financially exploiting a disabled cash paying customer. Oh and the wipers were all dry rotted. Nice way to "certify" cars. Annd the manager hung up on me and lied stating he had been nice to my husband the past few months....my husband has never even spoken to him ever on the phone! We only bought the car this past Thursday !!!!! The lying and deception is disgusting.And we paid cash...can't imagine how they treat their "second chance customers" their term.. not ours. Stay away. Trust us.Never again....lesson learned.
