Buyer Beware, Do Not Buy From Them!!
Worst experience ever, do NOT buy from them, buyer beware. I am 23 years old, and went to buy my first car with my dad, and I'd finally found one by the end of the week, and I needed one within two days. I spent an hour with a man named Melchor, and we confirmed we wanted it. He told us what to do, and we did it all immediately. He gave us the papers to sign. I signed them, went to the bank, spent four hours there getting a loan even though I was ******* exhausted from work. Called Avila's after the financing was confirmed to let them know the loan went through and we were heading to pick it up, and they'd sold the car out from under me- less than 24 hours after we'd met with him and discussed it. Now, there's a chance I am going to LOSE MY JOB because they sold the car they gave me the paper work for the day before. They DO NOT care about their buyers, the people they shake hands with, or families. Their customer service seems upfront, but it isn't. I was so prepared and relieved to have found a car JUST in time, and now I'm completely distraught because it's going to affect my life, and I completely expect that they, as a business, couldn't care less.
quick to respond to a car i was looking at
havent done business yet but still working on cash for car i want for daughter.
Highly recommend Avila's. Outstanding Experience.
Spent my day shopping around for a vehicle. Had something very specific in mind. I did tones of research before heading out shopping. I spoke to about 30 different dealerships and only a handful were willing to do some pre-shopping research for me prior to making the drive to their dealership. When I first talked to Edgar he wasn't pushy and went above and beyond to make sure I had all my questions answered. Avila's was 1 of 11 shops I chose to go to in part because of the way they handled themselves over the phone. Upon arriving at the dealership I didn't feel like I was pressured to buy a car and was being provided with straight forward answers about anything wrong with the vehicle. My overall experience was successful and even though we loved the car we found, Edgar understood that we needed to do our research and look at all 11 cars we pre-chose, even though he was stop number 5. In the end we were torn between 2 different cars. The deciding factor came down to price, dealership service, and most of all Edgar. I would highly recommend Avila's for anyone looking for a great buying experience, friendly and knowledgeable staff, fair and low prices, and honesty.
