First off, purchasing a new or used car for the most part has its up and downs. Do they have what you want, are you going to work with a salesperson who takes your needs into consideration, are you going to get a deal. These are some of the questions people ask themselves before shopping. I can say that Jon and the group at Primetime Auto answer all those questions. They exceeded all of our expectations. The customer service at Primetime is exceptional. They realize that the customer comes first and that customer service is a dying art. I left there without a drop of buyers remorse and was completely satisfied with the buying process. Thank you Primetime, thank you Jon and Zach. We are loyal customers por vida.

After 6 years of not wanting to buy a new car, a car from PrimeTime Auto popped up on my Facebook. I inquired about the car and Eddie Bowling responded. He worked around my busy schedule and was happy to help. He and John worked with me via fax and email to make sure I wasn't wasting my time. I told them my expectations and they called me in when they had the deal that would work for me. I went over on my lunch break thinking they were going to hit me with higher rates, terms and payments than what I requested...due to past experiences. When I got there not only did they have lunch for me but they also had a deal that was MUCH better than what I requested! John also helped me get a much better insurance policy at a better rate. I have always avoided car lots (like most people) because they always waste my time and never give you the best deal on the first go round but with Primetime, it was different! The all around experience was pleasant, we sat down had lunch, laughed joked signed paperwork and I walked out feeling confident and happy with my purchase!
