Primetime Auto

I stopped by Primetime looking for a specific vehicle. Although John did not have the exact car in stock, he was able to provide me with several vehicle options the following day. We picked one out of the options provided and I took delivery of my vehicle yesterday. The vehicle exceeded my expectations! John and his team went well out their way to ensure that I was satisfied with my purchase. To that point, John called me a couple of days later just to make certain that was well. That is customer service!

We were looking for a good used car for our granddaughter. Someone recommended John at Prime Time Auto. After visiting many car lots that day, we ended up at Prime Time after hours. John stayed and made sure we had the perfect car for our granddaughter. We appreciated John's GREAT customer service on a Saturday evening. Primetime is the place I go when I need/want a new vehicle! This is my 3rd car that I have bought from John! " CAR BUYING" can often leave us anxious, frustrated, and exhausted, not very pleasant, not unlike the recent movie, ' The maze runner '... But not so at Primetime Auto....My experience on Tuesday at Primetime Auto here in Corpus Christi was more like strolling through a beautiful garden with an old friend OR taking a nice hike through the woods of a popular park with an enthusiastic guide!!!!!! Again, as the others have said, the whole process from the moment I walked onto the lot until I left with the car of " my dreams", along with the price that was within my budget, a well kept car, in great condition, not to mention a beauty to look at. This was the easiest car buy I've ever done. Customer service was amazing and thIs being my second car buy ever, I didn't feel taken advantage of at all! I recommend prime time auto to anyone who wants to buy from an honest dealer (because they're not that many out there). I will buy all my cars from here from now on.
