The worst service of any dealership I have ever dealt with. Making an appointment for service is a waste of time as the time estimates they give you are off by sometimes hours. I have purchased two new cars from them recently and would advise anyone thinking of a Dyer purchase to think again. Calling the dealership to check on your car's status results in a recording asking for a call back number which the service department ignores.

I had previously had a poor expierience at Wallace Chevy and decided to give Dyer a chance. I came in with a pretty tough situation and did not expect to be able to walk out with a truck. Amazing sales staff. After going to 7 dealerships Dyer was the only ones that took the time to listen to my needs. Ended up purchasing 2026 Chevy Trax. Love love it. Took back for ceramic coating and they went above and beyond, even vacuumed it out.

The only thing I can say is they have the best trained salesmen.They lied to me but still convinced me into trading my car in for $7,000 less than what it was worth.I was supposed to get a car for 3 years and they only gave it to me for 2 years.But it was my stupidity to let them do it.If they would be honest and not lie I would go back.But I was warned not to go there. I don't blame the salesmen it is the owners who have them trained to do this to people.When these guys retire they should make a movie on how they manipulate customers and the will make millions

Went in for a recall on my Silverado. It was the software update. Was in and out in less than an hour. Every time I take my truck in for servicing everyone is friendly and professional. Dyer Chevrolet always takes care of me for all my Silverado needs. Thanks again
