Recall for replacement of passenger bag
Ben was very pleasant and friendly. He said one hour to replace the bag. It was replaced in one hour.
I bought my Traverse from Dyer in Nov. and they did a great job of getting me a great price. I have had my maintenance done with them and every time I go they do a great job and I love the fact that when it's done its been cleaned.

I am a huge fan of Dyer. I have bought several vehicles. Whatever Dyer chooses to sell, I will buy. I am happy for hey sell Chevy trucks. When I finally retire perhaps Mercedes will be in their wheelhouse.

We have been customers of Dyer Chevrolet service in Vero Beach Florida for years, even before when it was Service Chevrolet. The service staff used to be helpful and available to us. Not now! We have called several times, to the service manager and the service advisor to find out when the parts, that we had to pay for in advance, would be in. It has been over a week since then and we are not able to talk with anyone except for an operator. We leave messages and no one returns our calls. They have our money but care not about giving answers! I would not recommend this service department to anyone.
Your service department staff is VERY unreliable. We have never been so disappointed in your dealership service department! If this continues we will take our business elsewhere. It has been over a week since we PAID for parts to be installed on our car. We get no response to our inquiries and only get to speak to an operator.
