Unethical Practices and Privacy Violations at Hyundai Corona 🚫 I had a terrible experience with Hyundai Corona, and I feel obligated to warn others about their unethical and unprofessional conduct. Recently, I was contacted by someone named Luis from this dealership, who promised me a Hyundai Venue lease for $250/month (tax included) with $1,500 drive-off. However, when I arrived, his manager outright dismissed the offer, claiming it wasn’t possible. This bait-and-switch tactic is not only misleading but likely violates California Business and Professions Code § 17500, which prohibits false or deceptive advertising. To make matters worse, Hyundai Corona has been disrespecting my privacy with repeated, unsolicited calls and texts, even after I made it clear I was not interested in further dealings. These actions may breach the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), which protect consumers from unwanted communications and misuse of personal information. This dealership appears to lack professionalism, with employees resorting to high-pressure sales and deceptive practices, all while disrespecting basic consumer rights. I strongly recommend avoiding Hyundai Corona. If you value your time, privacy, and honest business dealings, look elsewhere. I am considering filing complaints with the California Department of Consumer Affairs and the Better Business Bureau to hold them accountable for their unethical practices. Consumers deserve better than this kind of treatment.

Everything is poor.

I have witnessed my partner, and his time at this dealership was a rollercoaster of frustration, miscommunication, and unfulfilled promises. If you're in the market for drama, this might be the place for you. But if you're seeking a smooth and reliable experience, you might want to look elsewhere.

Best car experience!

Janet and Christian are the absolute best team. They made the process super easy and pleasant. Even offered to bring in dinner! I have 3 dealerships closer to my home, but Cardinal was above and beyond

Disappointed Customer

Dealership was great during the purchase process, but the minute our contract was signed they couldn?t give us the time of day. Can?t get anyone to return our calls, texts or emails for follow up questions and service. So disappointed -

Treated like family!

My car was totaled in an accident. I used my insurance buying program and was quickly contacted by Genesis of Corona. We received all information requested and fair prices. We met with Ryan the following day. We worked with him and his manager, Patrick, and left with two new Genesis vehicles. We also worked with Anne in the finance office to finalize the deals. They were all amazing to work with. Ryan has gone above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. We love our cars! Can?t wait to see the new facility they are building for Genesis of Corona.
