Hyundai

My brother in law purchase a Hyndai Senata 30 days ago. He had just 10 days with the car and the battery fail. He took it to the dealer to get the issue fixed. After 20 days the battery died again. Now they want to charge my brother in law $200.00 for an issue he a dress 30 days ago. Is that fair?

Great place to buy..HORRIBLE for service

I purchased my Elantra limited from the Corona dealership paying cash.very nice and efficient. .I was told I would receive 2 free oil changes with my purchase..I only have 15,000 miles on it is a 2016. .so I had my 3rd oil change done at Pep Boys with a free tire rotation offered to me...who told me I needed new front tires...I said that is not possible because they should have been done when I had the oil change done at the dealer...I spoke to Carlos Hernandez service mgr. At Corona who told me with new cars you do not get free tire rotation it is $24.95 additional..I was never told that he said I should have been offered the rotation...as it turns out he is the one who wrote up the order and could not recollect if he told me that...I said I assumed they were being rotated at the 5000 free oil that was done twice by Corona..He said you know what happens when you assume. .so now I have to purchase 2 new tires with only 15,700 miles on them..Carlos said the best he could is offer another free oil change..the conversation did not end well...I have spoke to a live chat who would have upper mgnt. Call me. 2 times and no return call... I will not recommend Cardinale way for purchase or service...They have on the website a special for $49.95...oil change , tire rotation and inspection...I am very disappointed in their customer service which should be a high priority. .

New Car Shopping

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my car at Cardinale Way. I worked with LaVel Darty and he was very pleasant and so helpful. He made what can be an unpleasant ordeal very pleasant. He listened to what I wanted, never pressured me, and found a way to get me the deal I wanted.

2013 Sonata (used)

The overall experience was great, Joanne Haddad made the entire time very comfortable and stress free, they are priced right so not a lot of time wasted haggling and running back and forth on price - they'll even show you other dealers in the area with similar vehicles and where they are (usually lowest or close) I would buy here again in the future.

450 miles to Cardinale Wy Hyundai and was worth it

I searched on both cars.com and edmunds.com, settling on a Hyundai Elantra. Cardinale Way Hyundai had the best deal, however it was down in Southern California and I lived in the San Francisco Bay Area. Freddy Haddad contacted me immediately on my interest. Let's just say that Freddy did his job and went beyond that. He made sure that the price, terms, and paperwork were spot on during the initial process. I explained that I would be driving several hours and hundreds of miles to see him and did not want any surprises. He made sure to contact me several times through phone, email, and text, nailing down the final terms. When I told Freddy that everything sounds good and I was coming down to get the car, I was serious and Freddy was ready for my arrival. The hospitality and unique experience I received was A+ awesome. I was there for maybe 90 minutes total. No stress and enjoyed the drive back home on the 101. If you do auto research on the internet, Freddy Haddad will take of you with 5 star service. He did for me and the drive was worth it!

Another great experience!

We just can't say enough great things about Joyce!!! We leased a car from her three years ago and she stayed in touch with us knowing that we would need to replace that car with another . So when it was time to lease another new car, we had already had several conversations so she knew exactly what we wanted. She gave us her cell phone number so that we could text her when we were ready to come in. We also met two other employees that were so great to work with, Samir in finance and Freddy in sales. They were both 100% attentive to our needs and very professional. Joe Cardinale needs to know what a great team he has working for him. Joyce, Freddy, and Samir made us feel like VIPs and they know we will be back in another three years !!!

Long distance buyer

Drove 4 hours to look at a truck they were selling. The price was great and could not pass it up. Only issues were add on prices for filling tires with nitrogen and something called shadow marking. Do not like paying for extras I did not request. Also, they said they would give me $2500 for my trade in, then when I got there, they said that quote waa not good anymore. Got a great price for a good truck, but will not drive the distance to buy another car from them.

Best car buying experience!!

The title says it all. Me and my family went with the intention of looking at a used car that we saw online and had plans to check out a couple of other cars that day at other dealerships. Lavelle Darty told me that he'd work hard to get me a great deal. AND HE DID!! The offer was great! Will definitely go back in the future if they're offering a car I'm interested in.
