Albert at Van Nuys CDJR was really helpful in making sure I got the best service & care on my challenger. He helped me coordinate my cars needs for my active lifestyle. Also any last minute problems I had he made sure to follow them up and fix them for me. I had a short on my trunk light & he fixed it up in a jiffy. He reassured me throughly on my cars needs & maintenance. He also made the experience more convenient by ordering me an uber home. They also gave me a complimentary car wash and detail which I appreciate considering I had just came down from a roadtrip. Like I said they keep up with my active lifestyle & left my car perfect for my next trip. Albert is the best service coordinator in terms of thoroughness, reassurance, and communication.

Horrific experience start to finish. If you're expecting customer service, pleasant demeanor or even common courtesy you should absolutely look somewhere else. This dealership has the shadiest sales tactics I have ever seen. Primarily a bait and switch technique that misinforms customers as to their lease details to trick the customer into unfavorable lease end deals. They bombard you with texts and calls when they want something. And RADIO SILENCE when you have an issue. Honestly, when you hear car dealer horror stories..... This is the dealership they are referring to on every level. I cannot say in stronger terms, choose a different dealership. I have purchased or leased many many cars. And this one is an absolute nightmare.
