I purchased a used Jeep Wrangler 4xe from Van Nuys

I purchased a used Jeep Wrangler 4xe from Van Nuys Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram on 10/9/22, which was clearly presented and labeled as a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) vehicle. They even gave me a CPO brochure and checklist at the time of purchase. However, when I later visited the service department, I was told the vehicle does not appear as certified in their system. I escalated the issue to Badie Audish, who repeatedly deflected responsibility. He insists the car is certified and that my documents are sufficient, yet refuses to provide any written proof to back up his claims. To make matters worse, he falsely claimed the issue was due to a recall, which I confirmed is not true. All I’ve asked for is a proper CPO document to match what I was sold. Instead, I’ve received inconsistent answers, no accountability, and the worst customer service I’ve experienced from a dealership. I feel misled and disappointed, and this experience has severely damaged my trust in Jeep as a brand.
