It was my first time buying a luxury car, and I specifically wanted a model that they had, 2016 E400, fully loaded. Vinod walked me through the process of buying the car, how warrantees work, and even how to maintain and wash the car! He even threw in the additional hood ornament accessory. He’s a super friendly and professional guy. They run their business lean — own all their cars outright, keep a simple office, don’t have expensive operations with sales people, etc. This lets them give us the best price. I’m very happy about our experience of buying the car and the car itself is in impeccable condition.
