Well nerves was really bad had car problems at 4:30 in
Well nerves was really bad had car problems at 4:30 in the morning waited to Nissan on Lapalco open gave them a car and spoke with a service person and was so disappointed told me that my car can’t be seen and won’t be ready for 3-4 days BUT my sister got on the phone and made a call to Nissan on Veterans and Nick answered the phone OMG Nick was very polite and comforting told my sister that I can bring my car in and he will make sure I know what’s going on with it today And sure thing Nick took my car when I pulled up an the same day my car was serviced and I was back on the road NICK really took care of me and did I mention that my nerves was bad because every light on the car came on than the check engine light was blanking 🤦🏾♀️ Thank you Nick

The Service Advisor: Brent Rowell (223872) his service was pissed poor, disrespectful as f*** and not helpful at all. I would suggest if Premier Nissan wants to get there good loyal customers, like me who has been rocking with Nissan since the age of 20year old getting my first car that they don't let him interact with customers because he really doesn't care and it shows. He could never help me again.

This is by far the worst place ever to get a vehicle from they sale used cars don’t check them out smell like mines have a electric problem been calling not answering the phone bought right back because it need a front wheel linement they say they fixed it lies car came back the same way paper plate expired I had to get a 5 day tag done expire again gotta wait another 3 months garbage xxx place looking for a lawyer because this is ridiculous playing with people hard earn money xxxxing clowns
