Purchased a 2007 BMW 328XI Wagon from Auto Haus and the whole experience was smooth and simple. I purchased the vehicle from out of state and completed most of the process over the phone. All the staff have done an excellent job of providing a great car buying experience.

Their team has extensive experience in the industry and the car buying process was expedient and enjoyable. At the time of sale, we left the car in the showroom as we had to travel. They were kind enough to leave the car in the showroom, tinted our windows and were also kind enough to pick us up at the airport on our return trip. Many thanks to young sales associate DJ Waddell. We came to look at a BMW we found online and he made the entire process pleasant, transparent and efficient. The dealership made a very good impression on us and their inventory was simply excellent. We had visited 4 different dealerships the previous day and were quite exhausted and disappointed. We were quite prepared for another disappointment, but the car we were interested in was in excellent condition and so were the other vehicles on the lot. But the real selling point was DJ. He was polite, knowledgable and very helpful through the entire process. He also managed to offer us a good price for our trade-in and decent financing.

We came here looking for a different car than what we purchased. Sales was excellent at securing a vehicle for us that we actually needed, rather than one that did not really suit our needs.
