OK....I've been to MANY Used Car Lots and this "DEALERSHIP" does NOT COME OFF as a "NORMAL" Used Car Lot! The Selection of HIGH END Cars they FEATURE are just NOT FOUND in ANY 'OLE USED CAR LOT Either! Service......We dealt with Brett and I'll tell you this young man really KNOWS his Business and WHAT REAL Customer Service is ALL ABOUT! He will BEND over BACKWARDS to make you HAPPY and will EXPLAIN the car you're looking at in GREAT DETAIL! Value....OK...We were looking at a 2004 Lexus SC 430 Pebble Beach LIMITED Edition (ONLY 400 Produced) Hardtop Convertible! I feel we got a good deal as I CHECKED all over the United States for cars of the SAME DETAIL and for this model at 58,320 miles was one of the BEST DEALS and VALUES I found ANYWHERE!! Honesty......I was told WHAT was going to be done and it was indeed done! When we went to pick up the car I noticed that one of the Windshield Wiper Blades was coming apart at the end. I told him to just change it with another blade from a SC 430 he had on the lot, but INSTEAD he asked..."Do you have an EXTRA 15 minutes"? He then stated he wanted to go buy a Brand New pair and put them on, which he did. You can go to this "DEALERSHIP" with COMPLETE CONFIDENCE and KNOW they WILL find you a car...IN YOUR PRICE RANGE!!

I purchased this vehicle based on an online ad as a surprise gift for my husband. I called Michael and he did a walk-around and answered all of my questions about the car. While we were lining up delivery, Michael noticed that the front tires were not quite as good as he had represented to me. He ordered new tires and had them put on before he would allow delivery. Everything about this transaction was PERFECT!

I bought a 2010 Lexus in Dec 2014. I waited a month to write this review because I wanted to be confident on what I had to say. As background, I had been looking for a few weeks and specifically wanted a Lexus. AutoHaus had one listed that was in my price range. The buying experience was painless, the staff was well informed. I had a few after purchase questions which they quickly and accurately answered. I was intending to go to a few other dealers who had a Lexus for sale but AutoHaus pulled up these cars on the Internet and all of them in my price range had been in accidents. Not easy to tell the severity of the accident but I did not want a car with an accident history. In conclusion, I may have paid a few more bucks than necessary but I am very happy with the car and its quality. I would recommend checking these guys out for any used car purchase you are considering.
