Good guy, great prices
Car for college aged daughter: I was a little leary of this deal at first but, David did everything he said he would do. Car broke down (loose battery cable) when she was in Denton at school. I called David at 8:30pm and he actually went back to his dealership to meet tow driver. He told me what was probably wrong but, trying to tell a crying female was impossible. Good guy. I recommend David!

Great cars, great price, exceptional service!
I'm taking the time to write this cuz I was super impressed with David at For Less Autohaus.. I bought a 2013 Chevy Cruze Turbo 1.4l with 10,800miles on it 10 months ago. I got a xxxx of a deal on it!! His prices are the best in DFW area! Anyways, had some trouble with the a/c during this summer and called David and explained what had happened, I brought it to him and he fixed it with no questions asked (ended up being faulty wiring to my temp sensor). He stands by his cars and his word. And I'm serious if your looking for low mileage, great used cars... COME SEE THIS GUY!!! Thanks again David I really appreciate everything and I for sure will be back to by my gf a car next spring!!

Car for College Daughter
The price & mileage was unbelievable on this 2014 Kia Forte. Customer service was great. The process was very easy. Received my license plates & registration sticker quick. Purchased the car on a Sat 6/27/15& received the plates on Friday 7/4/15. He does tell you upfront that the car was in an accident but has been repaired with a clean title. It's only been 1 week & thus far the car is awesome. I will definitely purchase from David Shaw again.

Great Deals w/Awesome Service
I found For Less Autohaus through Cars.com. I was only browsing to see what was available and possibly in my budget. But when I found this great deal, I had to check it out! When I sent an inquiry on the car of my choice, David replied almost immediately. Letting me know that the Honda was still available. He was extremely flexible with setting up a test drive and helpful while I was setting up my financing for my new vehicle. David and his staff are friendly and efficient. I strongly recommend For Less Autohaus to anyone looking for a great deal on a previously owned vehicle.

Just purchased my third car from David
Just purchased my third car from David at For Less Autohaus (and a friend of mine also bought a vehicle based on my recommendation). Each time I found him exceedingly transparent about the vehicle history. He allows you to take the vehicle to a mechanic before you purchase the car. On each car there were only minor details that needed to be taken care of, and David did just that. I found his customer service to be excellent. If you are looking for a used vehicle, want to save a lot of money, and do not mind a car that has been in a collision (but repaired to look new) then give David a chance.

Worth a look for those on a budget
My family and I went to look at a car for sale at "For Less Autohaus". We worked with David Shaw, who was very easy going and forthcoming. He was open about the fact that the car had been in a major accident which his company had fixed (I am not sure what the term would be, but lets call it refurbished?). The car was at a dynamite price and while it was not in showroom shape by any means, it was certainly presentable and seems in workable order. It's a used car, so they will always have some nits to pick. We test drove the car and it drove well. We took it to the mechanic and he did find a few things that I would insist be fixed if my child would be driving it. Unfortunately, it meant that we could not afford to buy the car because the repairs would put us past our budget to get the car to where I would feel OK with it. The price was far under market value, so even with the cost to fix the issues our mechanic found taken into account, it would have still been less than what that same car would have gone for with no issues from a manufacturer dealership?s used car lot (so still a good deal), just outside of my range. Bottom line? David was very open and upfront. It?s a used car so it is always wise to ask about the history, get a carfax, have a mechanic look at it, etc. It just so happened that this particular car was too much for our limited budget. Given how open and candidly honest David was, the process was easy. If I see another car for sale that appealed to us at this place of business, I would probably go back.

No Problems
I bought a 2011 Hyundai Elantra from David in Feb, 2014. I have put almost 10,000 miles on it with no problems so far. The only thing I had to do to the car was put a new front left wheel liner on it and change some tail light bulbs. The car had been wrecked but David was upfront about it and gave me a completely clean title (not a salvage title). You have to realize what you are getting here: a used car that has probably been in an accident at a great price. All cars with 50,000 plus miles on them are going to require some mechanical work. If you do not want to worry about mechanical problems, then spend thousands more for a new or certified used car.

Go somewhere else!
I bought a Honda Civic 2011 from them in February of 2013. It is August 2013, and I am just finding out of the $3000 frame repair that is needed on the car, and not only that. The seller honestly informed me that the car had been in an accident but also informed me that proper repairs had taken place. And I trusted them. I have receipts of repairs that I have done on the car this month from engine mounts to the frame and structure. My car had been making a strange noise, and I took it to a mechanic to find out that there was two mounts broken on the left side of the engine causing a disturbing noise. The mechanic told me that there was no way that the mounts could have been caused from normal wear and tear from driving, but a collision major enough to damage the parts. And the only accident the car had been in was before I bought the car meaning the seller did not fix the part nor informed me that it wasn't fixed. I had to find out the hard way. I spent a lot of money to buy the parts and fix it. Concerning the frame, there was what looked like a junkyard part to fix the lower control arm on the left side of the frame. The car is now pulling extraordinary to the right making it difficult to drive, and the only way to fix it is spending an additional $3000. Their cars look good, but I wouldn't take a chance if you might have to spend an additional $4000 to fix it within the year.

I sold this gentleman a 2011 Honda Civic in February of 2013. When he bought the car motor mounts were good. The engine of the car was not making strange noise due to having broken motor mounts and car was not pulling. He drove this car for six months and the motor mounts of the car broke as part of normal wear and tear. He took this car to his expert auto repair shop and now it is pulling extraordinary per his words. Obviously this car was not pulling nor was making strange noise due to having broken motor mounts otherwise he would not have bought this car. If you have any questions or concerns about this issue please contact me directly at 214-366-2662 Thank You David Shaw
Good Experience
I purchased a 2008 Honda FIT from them and was most impressed! David did everything we agreed to do and completed the job when promised, supplied the extra keys etc. The pre-delivery detailing was thorough and TX plates came in two days
