I was having trouble with an old ford sedan decided it was time for a new car. I shopped for a vehicle that was both affordable and well-maintained, and a Reliable Motors Nissan caught my attention. the very same day I drove to the dealer and test drove the Nissan. I loved the vehicle so I decided on it. The transaction process was easy and efficient, Matt was courteous and professional. I drove home the car that same day.

I have purchased 3 going on 4 vehicles from Bobby and Matt at reliable motors. Mind you I am not the easiest person to satisfy when it comes to finding a new vehicle. Bobby has gone to extremes and down right out of his way to make sure I am a satisfied customer. Not only when purchasing a vehicle but helping to maintain and repair as needed with regular wear and tear of the vehicle. If you are looking for a reliable used vehicle and have not yet stopped to see them I would highly recommend that you do.

Bobby and Matt make a great father-son team and have made the buying and repair process a breeze. I've had two minor issues with my impala after purchasing in mid-July but Matt put my mind to rest each time. Reliable graciously swallowed costs and thoroughly explained to me what went wrong and how they fixed it. Service was rapid and efficient. Never have I done business with such genial and honest gentlemen who not only put the needs of their clients above their own, but who are such a joy to interact with. I will not do business with any other car dealership in the Des Moines area; these guys have my full backing. I love the whole team and appreciate their extraordinary customer service!

I checked out a few used car places before deciding to come to Reliable Motors. They by far had the most reasonable prices. Bobby was the one to sell us our car and I can not say enough good things about him. He is genuinely trying to help people out by selling them reliable vehicles, not scam you like some other used car places. He was dealing with my Grandmother and toddler, and was very patient with us. He let us test drive a lot of cars, before we settled on a 2005 Pontiac grand prix. He set us up with a reasonable monthly payment as well as helped us sign up for insurance. Our car had a battery issue and we brought it in the next day and they fixed it for free even though the car was sold as is. would reccoment this to my friends/family, thank you Bobby!

I had a great experience with Reliable Motors. They worked with my credit and got my payments down to where I could afford them, giving a safe car for me and my daughter to drive in. They have been very helpful whenever I have a question. They prompt with returning phone calls. And always friendly and helpful.
