Purchased a vehicle from this dealer and noticed issues with the car when I got home. Dealership never returned my calls regarding the issue. Engine completely blew up within a few weeks of purchase. Called the dealership and they told me to get lost and it is not their problem. Completely wasted $15,000 at this dealership. THEY DO NOT INSPECT THEIR VEHICLES and have HORRIBLE customer service after purchase. RUN from this place. Horrible dealership. Avoid at all costs.

Do not trust them or do business
This dealer could improve by being honest to its customers and sell not dangerous vehicles. They are unscrupulous and have no problem to ignore you when it is convenient for them. They sold me a car involved in a very bad accident. They fixed it and told me that car was never in an accident. They show me the carfax and it was written structural damage on it. I asked what it was and they just said it was a bump only on the side of the car. I trusted them and bought the car in 2019. the next month I went on vacation and the brakes totally fall on a ramp on the freeway. Result, towing, vacation delayed, 1300 $ to fix the brakes. three months later, the paint job totally started to fall off after a normal carwash. My car literally had Shunk of pain falling where the accident occurred. Cost 1500 $. That was exactly as well the side where the brake fall off. Aww btw, the brakes installed on the car were refurbished one and were damaged and were having screws not even adapted. Please trust me, this place is really not where you want to buy your car. They lied, show fake documents, and please if you do business with them, just make sure you have a second opinion on the car you want to buy. Do Not Trust Them!!

Excellent & prompt email response to questions
I received excellent and prompt email response to all questions, including being sent a copy of the Carfax I was interested in. The day before visiting the lot I called and was told the car was still there and to recall before coming over the following day. I did not call but showed up the next day. The lot is small and dusty and is overcrowded with cars. The car I wanted to look at was buried in the deepest far right corner of the lot. A test drive would have required about 10 tens cars to be moved to access it. However the car was unlocked with the keys inside so I was able to start the car and inspect it. The car was dusty on the outside which was expected, but the inside was as well with sand in the carpets and a plastic bottle behind the passenger seat. With the car in inventory for the last three months I would have expected it to be clean inside. Since the Carfax report had indicated the car had been involved in a rear end collision, I inspected the car for obvious signs of damage or repair. The drivers door frame was suspect due to chipped paint and missing tire pressure decal. A closer look revealed a deformed lower body frame rail at the base of the door and using a magnet I could not get it to stick on either side of this area, more than likely due to body filler. This indicated to me the impact must have been severe enough to cause structural damage, and as much as I loved the car, it was prudent to pass on pursuing a purchase. No telling what else was damaged , deformed, or improperly repaired. I do not fault the dealer, as they purchased at auction, but this is why you read a carfax report and know what to look for when purchasing a car that has been in an accident. Had I not found external signs, the next step would have been to look at the car from underneath, looking for any deformations in the structure. The dealer had told me they had no problem with me taking the car to a mechanic for an inspection. In my case, I needed no further inspection. I have no reason to believe this dealer had knowledge of this damage or was trying to conceal it. You just have to know what to look for.

Worst Company
Let me just start by saying I have never in my life dealt with a car company that just do not handle things properly I purchased a vehicle and was offered a warranty I paid the initial payment to start the warranty I believe their was a 30/60 day waiting period which I waited once I realized I had not received any paper work or info on the warranty I contacted Stellar Auto and was told they would look into it after a few days no update so I called several times and continued to be told they were contacting their agent no one ever called me back I contacted the warranty company and was told they had no record of a warranty for my vehicle I was later sent a notice from the warranty company that they never received the initial payment or paper work to start the process again I contacted Stellar Auto and just decided to go with my own warranty thru another company and requested a refund it?s been about 3 weeks since I requested a refund and I still have yet to receive my refund and I was told once they got their money from the bank I would receive a second key for the vehicle never received that either I would never buy a vehicle from stellar auto nor do I recommend anyone do business with this company what happen to taking care your customers

Misleading car history report.
Was checking 2012 BMW 5 Series GT, called dealer asking for CarFax, dealer provided NMVTIS report instead that shows clean car history. Using VIN to check CarFax found car being involved in accident and was towed at the time. Dealer need to be transparent with car history instead of misleading buyers!

Best Car buying Experience!!
I'm a busy mom ... wife .. bussiness owner ...talk about painless and convenience!!! I literally walked in to test drive a car I seen on cars.com . They were busy so I test drove it by myself ... ( it's not a race thing like the other review suggested) they are really trustworthy no hassle kind of dealer. I left because I was only there to test drive it... I had the gentlemen email me purchase order. He did , no problem. Got my financing in order , actually ended up going with one of their banks (better interest rate) emailed all documents needed prior to me coming back. Like I said I'm busy so time is in essence. I came back to sign loan docs and paperwork... whole process took 20 min if that. Everything was ready! I was in traffic longer then the whole process took from start to finish! Love our new car , it's perfect for our family! Oh ... price was marked under KBB private party . !! I drove that car off the lot with equity in it .... best deal I could find .. low mileage!!! I highly recommend this dealer!!

These guys were very open to answer any questions about the car I purchased. They were also accessible and were able to wait for me after business hours on a holiday weekend to show me the car. I appreciate their flexibility and the great customer service they provided me.
