*I ONLY GAVE 1 STAR BECAUSE ZERO WAS NOT AN OPTION* THIS IS THE SHADIEST CAR LOT IN CLEVELAND AND POSSIBLY IN THE WORLD. THEY HAVE GREAT MECHANICS THAT KNOW HOW TO BANDAGE ISSUES UNTIL THE DEAL IS DONE OR LONG ENOUGH TO GET YOU OUT THE DOOR. PLEASE BEWARE IF YOU DO DECIDE TO PURCHASE FROM THEM PLEASE ALLOW YOUR MECHANIC TO TAKE TIME TO LOOK OVER THE VEHICLE AND CATCH THE BANDAGES BEFORE YOU PURCHASE ANYTHING. THE SERVICE MANAGER LIED AND ADVISED THEY WOULD COVER THE SERVICE THEN HE TOLD ME ONCE THE CAR WAS FIXED THEN HE ADVISED MY BILL WAS $330 ( MY RING CAMERA RECORDED HIM SAYING THAT THEY WOULD TAKE CARE OF THE SERVICE ALL I HAD TO DO WAS GET IT TOWED TO THE DEALERSHIP) GOOD LUCK*********

purchasing a car for my teenage daughter

I found a car that my daughter loved. I explained to them that I need a good running car as she was going to school out of state and I wanted her in a safe ride. when it was test drove I noticed that that check engine light and the brake light was on. told them I would purchase the car but I wanted it fixed so both lights were off. I received a call the next day telling me the repairs were made, I came in the day after and after I signed all the papers and handed over the check I was then told that the check engine light was still on and it would be cheaper for me to fix it. The car was in great shape for a 2004 my daughter loves it, but now we have to pay more money to get it to pass echeck. I feel cheated If it wasnt for the fact my daughter loves the car I would try to give it back.

Michelle, I apologize for your less than excellent experience. At Tony's we strive to be the best in customer service. Unfortunately this was an inexpensive cash vehicle that was a trade in. We informed you during delivery about the engine light and that it was an O2 sensor and that we would even cover labor for you if you paid for the part. Dealership refuses to assist with multiple issues on a vehicle purchased two weeks ago. Took the vehicle to a ford dealership to find that the air filter had been bypassed causing multiple issues.

Great service! Highly recommend!

I was in the market for a "new" used car for myself. I came across Tony's Auto World online. I gave them a visit and I was no disappointed. They made buying a car so easy and convenient. The sales representative did everything he could to get me the best price! I was mot disappointed. The car I purchased was well worth it; very clean and well maintenanced. Highly recommend them!

Bad car lot to buy a car from.

Bad place to bay a car from Staff is not good at all. The dealership never paid off my trade in and now i have a late payment.All you get is they will work on it and wow this place is a joke.Never buy a car from this dealership unless your looking to have trouble. i'm filing a BBB complaint

Excellent Customer Care

This was my first purchase at Tony's Auto World. Joe the General Manager found the perfect vehicle for my needs. He was genuine, I would recommend working with him. Julie in the Finance Department was just Terrific, she found the best payments available that I qualified for. I'll be returning to see them, when it's time for an upgrade.

Free Warranty and Gym Pass

I researched local dealers from Akron to Cleveland and in between. I found the pricing, selection and the fact that they include a Free Warranty quite attractive. Rick was my sales person for the purchase. He was friendly, genuine, and never pressured me one bit. It was awesome to the fact that I was introduced to the GM and the Owner. I will tell my Friends, Family and Co-Workers about this place.
