11 minutes ago I have a 2016 Mustang purchased brand new 135 miles when purchased A/C stopped working first summer less than 2000miles, claimed it was... under filled at factory, summer number 2 7500 miles A/C still not working again they say it was compressor, summer 3 16,000 miles still not working 3 year warranty runs out and they want me to pay for the evaporator which was more than likely the problem that they couldn’t figure out while under warranty or damaged when they replaced compressor. They have turned their back on me and my family who have purchased multiple cars from them over the years. Business must be good to turn away a client with 5 cars that need oil changes, maintenance and guaranteed future purchases. Should of known when Phil lied to us when car was purchased about oil changes and importance of customer service . Good luck with these practices Service department is unable to diagnose properly within 3 years, but they were able to drag issue out 3 years and now want me to pay for repair. Still only 16,000 miles on car. Maybe this helps them sell extended warranty’s . This was probably Phil’s idea .
Bought a 2013 Ford Explorer from here that needed tires. I managed to get the to buy new tires for it. Had to wait another day for them to put tires on,... do an oil change, wash and detail it. When I went to pick it up it wasn't even washed or detailed and on top of that was total empty of gas. I brought it back and had them wash it and fill it up. If that wasn't bad enough, I havent even had the vehicle for less than a week and it's got a big saftey issue and they wont even offer to fix it. Now I'm stuck with a new car I cant use unless I spend alot of money on it. In short I would not recommend coming here at all there are alot better dealerships in the area you can go to.
No specific replies to my two specific online requests for information and pictures, only a slow general reply referring me to inadequate info on the dealer... website.
