2014 Shelby

Dealing with Robert from Blue line Motors was a great help to me. He must have text, called and sent video's of my Shelby countless times to ensure me that everything was honest and on point. If you are going to buy a car from Robert everything is as, he says. The Shelby I purchased is awesome and it now sleeps in my garage!

2012 Ferrari 458 Italia with awsome options

I am very satisfied with my Blueline Motors experience. Robert provided me with a pre-purchase-inspection (PPI) report from the local Ferrari dealer. He also provided the carfax. Helped in the wire transfer process. Arranged the transportation at a price better than I could find. He promptly returned my calls and email. Robert described the Ferrari as in flawless brand new condition and it was. This Ferrari was loaded with more options than any other 458 I've seen, its a show winner. I've had the car for several months now and I can definitely recommend BlueLine Motors.

BMW M3 Comp Package

I'm about 7 weeks late but better late than never, right? I purchased a M3 from Rob (the dealer) a little over a month ago and he is an awesome person. The M3 was my dream car and Rob basically broke his back to get me this car. He made the whole process, from beginning to end, a piece of cake. Before contacting Rob, I had been told about how dealers could be sticklers and things like that, Rob was the complete opposite. He's a family guy and he takes the time to attend to your needs - I almost feel like apart of his family after all of our phone calls (lol) - he missed his child's softball game to complete the purchase of the car....still not sure if her team won though. After the second phone conversation, it was like Rob was one of my longtime boys. Rob went above and beyond any expectations that I had and made every possible accommodation that he could to help me buy this car; He was there with me step by step. I did not immediately have the complete funds needed to buy the car but Rob worked with me to set up different types of payments and avenues of payments while including discounts. He is a straight-up person and doesn't hide anything from you. He even took my car to the dealership for maintenance and filled up the tank the day I was going to go purchase the car. Rob's facility is top of the line too. He has an awesome upstairs lounge that oversees the shop, but also has a 70"+ flat screen, couches, pool table, fridge, microwave etc. I'd just go there to hangout if I wanted! Rob is not in the business for a quick buck, he's there to create a great experience with the car of his customers dreams. To add even more icing to the cake, Rob has been able to network and meet a lot of people throughout his previous and current career, and he has offered to help connect me with some of the people whom he has met, that can help me enter into the career path that I would like to enter. After making the purchase, I know that I can go to Rob with ANY question that I may have. I 2000% recommend Rob as the dealer to go to and I've begun recommending him to my friends. With the M3 as my first car, that sets the floor, and I'll definitely be going back to Rob (not until after my car note is paid for!) to purchase my next vehicle. I really appreciate everything Rob has done for me, from purchasing this car to my personal life. Will definitely be keeping in touch with Rob.

My Amazing car-buying experience

I was very fortunate to have found Robert at Blueline Motors during my recent search for a Porsche Carrera 4S. I refused to buy the same vehicle from my local Porsche dealer in Jacksonville Florida and instead chose to book a late evening flight to Washington DC to buy my car from Blueline Motors in Chantilly Virginia. I arrived at Robert's store at almost midnight to find Robert waiting for me as he had promised to do. I found the car to be in immaculate condition, detailed and tank full of gas, looking as great as I had hoped and better than I had expected. The one hour that I spent with Robert completing the paperwork was truly my best car-buying experience ever ... and I have bought many cars over the years. Robert is a true professional and his genuine caring personality was clearly seen from the moment that we met. I left his shop after midnight and drove 725 miles back to Jacksonville Florida. Although I was very tired, I kept thinking of the wonderful car-buying experience I had just had with Robert. I recommend him without condition and I will not hesitate to buy another car from him.

2013 Audi A4 Quattro

Well, I had been looking for just the right upgrade to my 2009 Audi A4 for about 8 months. I wanted to stay with the A4 as I really loved the one I was in, but I wanted to get into a newer facelift model with lower miles. However I had very specific criteria to satisfy: 2013+ AWD, low miles, Prestige pkg options, Sport pkg, silver or grey exterior with black leather interior, and a great price! When I came across the listing by Blue Line Motors of an A4 that finally met all my specifications, my expectations were low that it would still be available when I called, especially since the car looked absolutely pristine in the online photos and the price was perfect! Well not only was I shocked that the car was still available, but little did I know I was about to go through the most enjoyable (yes, enjoyable) car buying experience I have ever had. It all started when I first talked to Robert to inquire about the A4. I was a little surprised that he knew so much about the A4, but I was blown away by his professionalism, enthusiasm, and genuine passion to (above all else) please his customers. Over the course of the next few days, Robert stayed in constant contact with me during the whole process to finalize all the details of my 3.5 hour trip down to VA later in the week to see (and ultimately buy) the car. He spoke with me numerous times over the weekend, evenings, and even during a brief family trip. It was a pleasure to finally meet Robert, who went out of his way to make sure I was completely happy with every aspect of the car (which was in perfect condition)! We have even stayed in contact after the sale, sharing our passion for cars in general. This is honestly the first review I have ever written, and I must say that for anyone looking for the ultimate car buying experience and a pristine collection of vehicles, I highly recommend they take a look at Blue Line Motors!

Best car buying experience

All I can say is the positive reviews posted here for are spot on from my experience. I purchased a flawless Shelby GT500 from Robert last month. From the moment I arrived and met with Robert I could instantly tell this was going to be an entirely different kind of car buying experience. It was obvious he has a passion for cars, for people, and his business. He was extremely patient and went out of his way to educate me on the car specifically and in general terms. Zero sales pressure which was highly appealing and EVERYTHING about the entire process was impressive! What stands out the most though...is I've kept in touch with Robert since the purchase (and he with me)...I've purchased a lot of vehicles and I can honestly say that's a first for me. I've done some mods and he's provided a lot of guidance in the process - weekend, after hours texts and phone calls. This kind of post sales attentiveness is rare and it's the reason why this won't be my last purchase with him.

Great Service and I got exactly what I wanted!

I purchased a very lightly used 2014 Mustang GT/CS from Robert. I had been looking around for months for that particular car (style/color) and was planning on buying new from a Ford dealer. When I first saw the stang, the car had been so meticulously detailed and presented in a way that made me want to do business with Robert. I was leary about purchasing a car from a "Used car dealer." But that is not at all the impression that was left on me when I eventually walked out with the car. Robert treated me fairly and addressed any concerns I had in their entirety. As he will tell you if you ever get the opportunity to meet with him he is in the business of customer satisfaction and loves to see the smiles on his clients faces. I will without doubt be back in the future when it comes time for another vehicle. Even if he doesn't have exactly what you are looking for, he is still a great connection to have and may still be able to help out. Robert will go above and beyond and will help in anyway he can to earn your trust and business. Thank you Robert for helping put me in my dream car!!-MR

2007 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport

I noticed a Toyota Tacoma that met the criteria I was looking for on Cars.com, so I visited Blue Line Motors to see if it was just as nice as the ad. I arrived as the truck was done being detailed. He takes very good care and pride in his vehicles and dealership. You can tell its not only a business, but a hobby for him. The truck was in as good of shape as it appeared in the ad. I was impressed by the overall integrity and customer service of this dealership. He has a very unique dealership, if you visit you will see why. I have owned this Truck for over a month and I love it! One thing I would like to point out is that I noticed there were locking lug nuts on the wheels but the truck didn't come with a key... I notified Rob and he handled it IMMEDIATELY. FREE OF COST he replaced the locking nuts and gave me the key to go with it. I don't believe you would get that kind of service from other dealerships. Almost didn't feel like a car dealership because he made the experience so easy. If you are in the market for a new vehicle I suggest checking out his inventory in person. -Michael Cox

Oustanding Service

I was so impressed by the service provided by the owner Rob that I needed to offer my praise in the form of a great review. He truly deserves it. Rob is very personable and made me feel at ease during the entire process. By the time I left I felt like we were family. What particularly impressed me about the level of service provided by Rob was his ability to work with my husband and me. His commitment to excellence in customer service and support seemed to motivate him to go the extra mile. He made sure that I was 100% satisfied. I had some minor issues when I went to the MVA and had to contact the dealership approximately 2 weeks after the purchase. I received the same service that I received while purchasing the vehicle. Thank you again Blue Line Motors!! It was truly a pleasure!!
