I would have had a great experience if this dealership was taking care of paperwork. I live in NYC and got stuck with doing my paperwork alone. Otherwise I love my little Mazda 2 sport and I hope it will last me for a long time.

Steve and Amy made the process of buying my used Mazda 3 easy and painless. They run a professional operation. They let me take a long test drive, let me get the car inspected by a local mechanic prior to purchasing it, and never pressured me one way or another. They offered for me to put down a refundable deposit, which I'm glad I did because when I came back there was another potential buyer in the picture. About as good as a used car buying experience can go!

I purchased my vehicle from Amy and Steve a few years ago and to this day we have great relations. Initially, they let me test drive the vehicle and ask as many questions as I needed in order to feel safe. I didn't feel pressured to make a purchase, nor did I get the impression that I was being peddled somebody else's problem. They've proven their integrity to this date. I've put 45,000 miles into the car since my purchase, and the worst thing that happened was the audio system going bad. Even then, Nationwide performed the repair and didn't charge me for anything beyond cost of parts; despite the fact that they had to hunt down the part and perform the labor. Steve told me it might not need to be replaced and for me to leave the car so his mechanic can look at it. He ended up looking at the car and he recommended doing a transmission fluid exchange the car has been perfect since then. They saved me thousands of dollars I recommend them to anyone in the market for an automobile or servicing their current vehicle.

As far as I know over years of various family members buying used cars Amy and Steve are the MOST HONORABLE BEST to deal with ever. They sincerely care about quality and customer. They should have a ten star rating not just five for the service is amazing, even if someone like me with low budget comes along they treated me as if I was buying a brand new top of the line vehicle not just a much older used one. we were looking for an older model passenger van to transport our German Sheperds that was safe and reliable. we were interested in a van we saw on car gurus there and when we arrived they just got in a 1998 ford 15 passenger van. it looked nice for the years, had low mileage so we bought it. we had to bring it back for a few repairs but Steve, Amy and crew were very nice , always accommodating and fixed the items we felt needed fixing. the entire process went well from discussing our needs to finding a suitible van, the financing process, repairs etc. A really nice group of people to deal with and i would definitely return to purchase again. They stood behind their vehicle and worked hard to satisfy the customer.
