Purchased a vehicle from this company and trusted them

Purchased a vehicle from this company and trusted them with shipping. My vehicle was delivered damaged. Theu agreed to pay for the rapids but once I gave them the estimates they said it was too much. We than came to an agreement on an amount for me to be compensated. They lied and told me the check was mailed. Then they told me it was be delivered to me by next day delivery I never recited the check they continues to give me the run around and than eventually stopped answering my calls and text messages. I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE ESPECIALLY IF YOU LIVE Out OF STATE!!

Brent Kenny is a bold face layer!

Brent Kenny is a bold face layer! He literally stole money from m! He lied that he sent me a chip card for my truck! He lied to me about what he was going to do for concerning the sale of my truck! My vehicle was purchased on December 28, 2024 and to this day he NEVER paid me all of my money. But wanted me to write an “A” plus rating for him. Words to make him look good. But I refuse to do so! This is the Truth as to what happened. He lied on several occasions to me and my wife. This is the truth, worse deal ship I have ever been to. I would NOT recommend this dealership to my worst enemy!! Please do your own research and run away from Platinum Use Cars of Alpharetta, Georgia!

Mr. Brent, Here’s my side of the story. You are in the business of selling cars. The vehicle I purchased from you should have an emission, lug lock nuts, and chip card. I was told by YOUR staff that the vehicle was ready for delivery. Lucidly it was not! Therefore, I had to pursue these issues! Oh! You did respond to the issue of the vehicle needing tires! Great job! Furthermore, you took upon yourself to sell my vehicle. Remember I came to pick up my old truck. It’s just common SENSE that you made money off the sale of my truck! And that’s okay. You are in business to make money. That’s great I got what I wanted and you got something!! BTW I will write you a review, but in my OWN words! 🙌🏾

Just bought a car from Juan in Alpharetta.

Just bought a car from Juan in Alpharetta. I usually dread the idea of going through the car purchase process, but I had an amazing experience at this dealership thanks to Juan! Their cars are high quality and priced right, and they helped me get a really good rate by working with major lenders—truly the best deal. Juan was genuine, knowledgeable, and never pushy. He answered all my questions and made sure I felt great about the car! The car was in better condition than I expected. It was refreshingly great experience!

The company promised me in August and told me that it had returned the extended warranty of the vehicle, and until today I called the DOWC company to ask them that this has not been returned, and no one answered the phone to the dealer or just asked and then there was no news

Do Not ever purchase a car from them!

Do Not ever purchase a car from them!!!! I just purchase a car three weeks ago and already the service maintenance light is on. The car is not pulling at all. I call the office all to get the run around and lied to for over 3 hours. Once they called me back I was told that they would not be able to see my car for up 15-20 days because the Marietta location was back up. I asked as a new customer wouldn't you want to help me the owner stated that offering me the 15-20 days was helping me. He then asked why didn't I get the warranty from his Finance team which was never offered at the time of sale. He also told me to take the car to some one else to have them look at it because even if I bought it to them it would be a charge. This dealership is selling used cars with some low miles with big issues. Once they make the sale they can care less about you. The customer service in Alpharetta in horrible. One dealership tells you one thing and the other one tells you another which means they are never on the same page. I have had to go to other measures to take care of this matter. Please avoid getting a car from Marietta location as well!!!! because if one place is selling bad cars best to believe the other one is too. I this point I messed up! I should have followed my first mind and went to Ford dealship it was the same car just 2000 dollars more but I wanted to give that salesman a chance. Now Im taking other measure to fix the issue. I will never recommend them to anyone. Im glad I told my friend to go with the dealship she was with because I would be able to look at myself if I had put her in this position. NEVER BUY YOUR CAR FROM HERE !!!
