This small dealership makes all the big dealership look like crud.......Dewayne keep me informed of the entire finance process from start to finish. As well these guys stand behind their cars. I had a issue with the vehicle with in 24hrs so I call them and they told me to get it back asap, they wanted to fix the issue and in the process let me use one of their very nice cars while mine is being worked on Pete jumped on the issue quickly and John is so friendly...I am loyal to businesses just like I am to people. So they have my business until I am in the ground.....Love you guys Sincerely, a US Army Combat Veteran...

I recently drove up from Naples to check out a convertible that Shaver Auto Sales had posted on auto-trader. The employee who assisted me, Tom, was friendly, well informed and very professional. I could not believe the extent of care and appreciation that they have for me as a customer. After I purchased the vehicle at a fair price, I discovered a minor issue with the convertible top. To show that they were, in fact, honest, they paid over 500 dollars for me to take a rental car back to Naples while they completely replaced the convertible top at no charge. It was a great experience. The owner, John, is also well mannered and does business in an old-fashioned and appreciable way in which the happiness of the customer is viewed as more of an asset than a few extra bucks. 10/10 - I will be recommending Shaver Auto Sales to my friends in Naples, and also to anyone looking for a nice vehicle at a fair price.

Shopping for an H3. Vehicle description included the following as copied from their description, "THIS IS ONE OF THE NICEST AROUND !!!!! LOOKS LIKE 50K MILES NOT 170K !!!!!!". In fact, this was one of the worst around, of the five I had seen. The interior had seats reconditioned. The body had paintwork where paint was even on the rubber window seals as if someone painted in on with a brush. The door handles looked corroded and the engine ran semi rough. I would have NOT advertised it as " ONE OF THE NICEST AROUND !!!! " with caps, but more precisely as "A high mileage H3 with a good list of service records. Body and interior has some reconditioning. Priced accordingly". Had I read that, I would not have been so upset having driven ONE HOUR from my home to see it. Based on that, I would not recommend this dealership. If you cannot describe a vehicle accurately, then what else might be done inaccurately?
