3 minutes ago Recently bought a Silverado 2016 on 12/26/19, however the brake pads and rotors were replaced on 12/13/19. They squeaked after 2 days of... having the vehicle, not to mention the battery was weak and barely started after purchase. Three days ago got the battery replace for free at the dealer and brakes worked on twice only to continue to squeak to this day. Currently waiting on a phone call back from the service department for the breaks hasn't even been 30 days, horrible
I worked with Feldman on the purchase of my 2017 Cruze hatchback and was nothing but impressed. The sales process was simple and everyone was extreamly... knowledgable and made sure that I was comfortable with the sale. Afterwards we noticed a slight issue with the brake rotors so I called up the dealership and sent them images of the issue. they were willing to fit me in anytime and even provided me a loaner car while the rotors were resurfaced and checked for any cracks. Great dealership from sales, all the way into service. I would recommend Feldman to anyone!
I just financed a 2010 Charger from here- the customer service was great, the price for my car was unbeatable, and, I’m very satisfied with my overall... experience with them! The only thing was my car wasn’t cleaned, but, besides that, it runs great! :)
Gordie was awsome. Answered all questions with absolute clarity. Dealership very clean. Enjoyed test drive without having salesperson with us. Drove car... home on expressway in the rain and it handled very nicely.

I Had a great experience buying from Nick. He was low pressure and very knowledgeable. He's very good at narrowing down the perfect vehicle and he had... great follow up before and after I bought it. Nick was transparent and trustworthy, Ive sent him a few of my colleagues based on my great experience. Will buy from Nick again.
I wasn't very familiar with the "no haggle" pricing, but it seems we got a fair price based on investigating prices of similar vehicles. The sales person,... Cory, was very helpful and highly motivated to help. He was available even during non working hours to answer questions. I think the finance rate we got was not the best but O.K. Obviously the dealer gets a kick back, since if you pay cash there's a penalty added to the price of the vehicle. One can probably find a lower rate on your own, but the convenience of being able to secure financing at the dealership at 8 pm in the evening is worth it. The sales manager was not too over bearing in offering the extended warranty plans; explained them adequately but briefly since we weren't interested, Not sure of the reason why we needed to sign a statement that stated we were offered the extended warranty plans and refused (maybe a sales technique or a bit of intimidation to get you to think twice about refusing), but unnecessary in my opinion. Overall a good experience.

I've worked with the Feldman Group in the past and they have always been great to work, so I expected no less with the Feldman Pre-Owned Supercenter. ... The place was spotless, the dealers and management were top-notch; friendly, courteous, and professional...all the way. It was a great experience and I drove away with a great vehicle at a price that was beyond fair. I'd highly recommend these folks!
RUN RUN RUN! This place is a joke! Bought a vehicle the beginning of December, BEFORE we signed any paperwork we asked the dealership to address several... issues, one being the turbo due to the light turning on during our test drive. We were reassured by Johnny our sales guy that the issue would be ADDRESSED and FIXED! Low and behold after "maybe" two weeks with the vehicle the same problem occurred. Immediately called the dealership, Johnny said he'd call back, instead the dealership "minion" Nate called back. We were given nothing but he run around! Told us to take it to ANY dealership, "should" be covered under the warranty. (The warranty we paid $2,400 for, bumper to bumper.) BIG surprise, it's NOT covered, they put a bandaid on it when they "fixed" it (turned off a censor and cleared the error code) and just a couple weeks in we are looking at a $1,400 repair and can't get through to a single human being at the dealership who can actually do anything about this. Will be getting a lawyer involved, this place is unethical and shady to say the least. Todd and Ryan are completely UNREACHABLE!
