After leaving the dealership only issues arise

I traded in a car, has been over a month and the car is still on my name as of now and not a dime payed off. The temporary dealer tag also expired because the registration was emailed to me after a month of having the new car. I live hours away from this location so this had to be done. Till this date I do not get responses, I only get excuses as to why the trade in has not been paid off. The trade in car is still on my name, meaning the monthly bill payments to the car I no longer have are still being requested from the bank. Everything went fluent at the dealership but ever since I left with the new car only has been a issues and troubles to get these vital problems address from the dealer.

Thank God I came back!

5 years ago I bought a Captiva and was a awesome experience because I never had a problem. Now, I came back and bought a Enclave and I’m super happy. My sales rep was Adriano and he was amazing from the beginning to the end of my process. Thank you guys, I really appreciate it!!!!

Terrific experience!

On 8-15-17, my son purchased a used 2002 Toyota 4 Runner at C.A.R.S. Pompano Beach. Our sales person was Al, with whom I had spoken to on the phone from my home in Pennsylvania. Al was most helpful, and gave us a good deal on the purchase. My son had a great experience and we both felt that we were dealing with a very honest dealership. My son and I both agreed that the process from beginning to end with my phone calls to Al, to test driving, to negotiating, to the paperwork through to the end result of the purchase were more than excellent. My son is thrilled with the car and we both thank you so much for a great experience!

Good for a small dealer

Went to look at a truck and it would not start. Sales Manager Jerry jumped it to start but compressor was bad. Manager was very open and honest about it and offered to give me a dealer plate to drive to my mechanic. Jim in internet sales was very responsive and provided all info asked. Bought another vehicle elsewhere but they were good to deal with.

A satisfied consumer

I visited Gunther Volvo of Delray the last week of June 2016 in order to trade in my current Volvo. I was introduced to Brian Pavesi a sales associate in the show room. From then on my experience was a pleasant one, I found Brian to be pleasant, knowledgeable, professional and very honest. .Brian took his time to explain the different models of Volvos that were available and narrowing down to the ones that fit my needs. This was truly no hassle shopping. I kept Brian in the showroom until after 10:30 pm, by that time I bought 4 Volvo's, for my wife, for my daughter, for my son in law as well as one for myself. I would definitely recommend Gunther Volvo for your next automobile. Make sure that you see Brian and the rest of his sales team.
