Lousy vehicles and non existent customer service
Bought a car which broke down within a day. They will not take it back, assist with repairs and the GM will not return calls.

The Worst
Once you leave the lot, they don’t care. Engine blew on ride home from dealership, zero recourse. If you like that kind of customer service by all means shop here.

Filing complaint to better business bureau
Jimmy Dean, sleazy car saleman, took advantage of my family in a emergency. Our van broke down in Council Bluffs on our way home to Wisconsin. In desperate need of new transportation we found ourselves at Edwards Bargain Center looking for a reliable vehicle to travel home in. We drove less that two hours off the lot and found ourself stranded on the side of I-80 again. This man knew we needed a safe reliable vehicle to get us home +500 miles. We spent the last of our savings on a 2011 Chevy Equinox. we were promised a reliable car. Roughly 150 miles of driving away from Council Bluffs our engine seized up and oil spilled all over the side of the highway. We are now trailing our vehicle behind a uhaul we had to rent on borrowed money. A new motor is estimated to cost us another $4000. DO NOT SPEND ANY MONEY AT EDWARDS BARGAIN CENTER. THEY ARE A LEMON LOT AND HAVE NO INTENTION OF MAKING THINGS RIGHT.

Don't expect them to call you back.
I've bought a few cars from Edward before and have usually been treated pretty well. The last time I called about a car I was interested in purchasing I never heard from them. A few months later I found another one I was interested in buying. No call. Since they seem to have little interest or initiative in calling customers who take the time to inquire about cars they have for sale I can only assume that their sales quotas are incredible and don't need my business. That's their loss, I guess.

they don't check anything
I purchased a 2009 Chevy Traverse. Took it for a drive; which drove fine, but a week later the power-steering fluid starts leaking badly, and the oil pressure sensor keeps going off and still does. Took car into mechanic for a full engine diagnostic and many things are appearing up to be fixed. WTH! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
