The absolute worst service department!
The absolute worst service department!!! GO TO STERLING!!! Brand new 2024 Telluride was purchased from KIA Leblanc on March 18th. Had no issues and was absolutely obsessed with both the looks and the drive. Three months later (June 22) we start it up and all of the sensors start going off. Vehicle was still drivable but none of the sensors were working and there was a beeping that was constant. Called KIA Leblanc and they were able to take it in a couple days later. We were told that we would get a call later that same day to give us an update on what could possibly be the issue. They gave us a KIA soul as our loaner, which is about a third of the size of a Telluride, and sent us home. We did not receive a call from anyone that day or the next. We called the service department to get an update and they claimed it was a technical issue that needed to be looked at by the technicians at KIA and they could only be reached by email. (I'm sorry... What year are we in????) Days go by and we have yet to hear from anyone at KIA Leblanc. Every time we called they would say that nothing the "technicians" were suggesting was working. Fast forward 1 month, Telluride is still in the shop and we’ve had zero contact from KIA Leblanc. I had to go get some personal items that were left in the vehicle. They walked me to the back of the lot which is adjacent to a wooded area. Upon entering the vehicle, the entire dash was taken apart including the center console. 2 months passed and after getting nothing from the dealership, we decided to call KIA corporate. They kept informing us that the service department was still trying to figure out the problem. We then decided to contact a lawyer and were looking into the Lemon Law. We got a case worker from KIA and they decided that they would send a technician to the dealership to look at it personally. Not sure why it took them 3 months to do that! Not even 5 days after threatening KIA with a lawsuit, we got an email from them saying that they figured out the problem and that it would not be covered under the warranty because it was damage caused by an incident that is covered by insurance. We had to then contact KIA Leblanc to find out what this damage was because like I said this was a brand new vehicle. After being on hold for 2 hours with the service department, they informed us that a rodent had chewed through some wires and that an insurance claim would need to be filed before they could even begin to fix the wires. * After further research we found that recently, there’s been debate (and even class-action lawsuits) blaming vehicle manufacturers for rodents munching on car wires since several car companies have switched from petroleum-based to soy-based wiring to become more environmentally friendly. 67 days!!!!! It took them 67 days to figure out that a rodent ate through some wires! A problem that we are being told is pretty common! And now I have to trust that these incompetent people are going to put my disheveled vehicle back to its original state, which was BRAND NEW! After 88 days, we finally got the call saying our Telluride was ready to be picked up. We got ZERO sympathy from the service department and.... AND they returned the vehicle on Empty! This whole ordeal has left such a bad taste in my mouth for KIA in general but I realize that it’s mostly due to the incompetence of the service department at KIA Leblanc. Do I still like the look of our Telluride? Yes! Will my obsession for the vehicle return? I hope so. But right now, every time I look at it, it makes me sick to my stomach thinking about the crap that we went through these last 88 days! And I guarantee you, I will never step foot into KIA Leblanc again and I highly suggest you do the same!

Worst customer service ever.
Worst customer service ever. They never answer the phone. They never return calls. They'll send you a text message and say pick this or pick that and that is it that's your only options either approve everything that they said without explanation from them without being able to talk to them and ask them questions are you declined to get any of the work done at all no way to get back to him it doesn't let you send a text message back to them... They play with your credit I guess so intrest goes up.
They play with your credit I guess so intrest goes up. Run credit multiple times even when not there are knowing if going back. Also twisted things said to go in there favor. I'm sure not everyone is bad but the one we delt whith was horrible. It's there way or no way!!!! They screwed my husband's credit up while smiling in our face as if they was helping us so now even when finding something new we stuck with higher intrest til this get ms sorted out. What I don't understand is how was a credit check ran 2 weeks are more after we left without a purchase and never confirmed even going back so why was that even done??? Guess I'll stick to legal advice for that answer.

A legit dealership -no games
Jaron "Jay" was excellent throughout the car buying process. Dealership was very reasonable with their prices compared to other dealerships. Most other dealerships wanted to charge extra for automatic non-negotiable add-ons. Dealership gave a best price right away without playing any games. Drove from over 2 hours away and was well worth it. In and out quickly without issue.
