Rainbow Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM

This dealership knowingly sold me a vehicle with electrical issues. They also sold another one with the same issues. Who does that? They don’t care if you get in a wreck with these issues as long as they get their money. 😡😡😡

Sales person was very friendly. Finance person was very straight forward and non personable. We got the keys to our car and was never asked if we had any questions about using the instruments in the car. We had to figure everything out on our own. Went back the next day and brought the title of the Jeep I traded in, walked in the finance’s guys office, again very straight forward and non personable. Forgot to mention: They threw-in tint for my car since they could get me at the monthly note where I wanted to be, tints nice, but they have not contacted me about the tint information and it’s been a week tomorrow that I had my car. Husband will contact them today regarding info on the tint.

No follow up. Never got the vehicle fixed correctly. Even called and requested a call from the service manager. Nothing. Very poorly run dealership

Courteous staff and service department that were a great help, even though I had to sit and wait over an hour for my oil change!

This time everyone was pleasant and helpful. Wait time was acceptable. I hope they keep it up.

Great sales team. But owners don't give a xxxx about customers. And maintenance is the worst I've ever been to. If bought 6 VEHICLES from these people. So sad. Think before you buy.

Left vehicle overnight, because I knew i would be gone the next day. They delivered the Vehicle to my House because it was after hours before I could to the dealership to pick up.
