I had the most amazing experience with the Parts Department. There was a young lady, Nicole Hughes, that was beyond helpful. She was so helpful and very patient as I described what was going on with my vehicle. I know she knew how frustrated I was with my cars ac but she stayed very calm. She didn't give me the run around as most places do when dealing with a female customer. The way she explained the price and why or even getting me scheduled. I knew I had come to the right place. Her smile made me very calm again and I knew she was gonna get the job done for me. She wanted to take care of me asap that it was too hot to be driving around in this hot Texas heat with no ac. Taggart is an excellent place if you're looking for a great vehicle. I had no trouble being approved as Lynn (my dealer) was really generous and a lot of help. They worked with my income rate and Lynn made sure I drove off with the car I wanted. The car runs great and has a lot of power. The price was fair and I couldn't be more happy with it. Hunter Shank really took care of me. Stopped in one morning looking around, found a great VW sedan. Hunter made the buying process friendly, no pressure, and easy. Few days later, car needed service. Service department took care of it promptly (sorry, cant remember mechanic's name). When friends and family talk car buying, I tell them this is the place.

Iwent to Taggart upset at another dealership and didn't think i would be able to get the car i wanted but Reggie told me to let him work for me and he did he got me in the car i wanted and was the nicest salesperson I've ever worked with i loved my buying experience at Taggart and plan on going again thank you

We were out looking for a truck for work and went to Taggert in Corpus and Lenn Olivarez came out and greeted us with a smile and a hand shack told Mr Lenn what we were looking for and he showed us several trucks before we found the one we wanted he helped us out a lot with choosing of the truck the paper work we need to show when we purchased the truck and we were on our way home in hours thank you again Lenn and if I may add to future customers as for Lenn he is a great salesman

My name is Jose Campos I went in looking into trading my truck to get a newer truck Mr. Bueno did an amazing job trying to look for something i wanted.He took the time to ask me what I was looking for and what I wanted in a truck. Which from customer stand point made me feel like I was number 1. He followed up on follow ups and looked to find what I wanted. We have yet to find a truck but with Estaban on the job I know I will find one soon.
