GREAT DEALERS

Parker and the team at Sarpy County Motors did a fantastic job in helping me find the right vehicle and even helped repair some minor issues after our deal was finalized.

good customer service

After working with me to get financing, I ended up not purchasing the vehicle for unexpected personal reasons but I wanted to write a review because I really appreciated the patience and great service of the sales staff that continued even though I did not purchase one of their vehicles at this time.

Lie about rebuild on vehicle

I havent even plated my truck i biught from them yet. 4 days after buying the vehicle the check engine light came on. They said they rebyilt my motor and since ive found numerous things not even tightened. And this morning i started the truck to find the water pump went out.i have gone in and asked for the build sheet to list what was done and they havent been able to provide one. I needed the vehicle to get to and from work without issues and to take my kids around now im screwed and doubt they will do a thing to remedy this issue. If they can fix the issue i will recommend them to anyone. But time will tell if Travis who helped me will at all.

Got my Mazda in May, found that my stereo cuts out every time I hit a bump. The first month I had it, my front passenger side rotor broke and I also saw that all the other rotors have a lot of rust and corrosion on them. Not very happy that I have to worry about my car already and it’s only been a few months! The guys who worked with me were very nice, just wish they would’ve sold me a car that I don’t have to worry about right off the bat.

Buying a used suv

Absolute best experience buying a car. Will be buying from them again. I can’t express enough to go there. Parker was by far the best salesperson I’ve ever done business with.

Rust & Repairs-NEVER again!

The vehicle we bought from Sarpy County Motors in NE needed major repairs that were not disclosed to us. Biggest issue: the vehicle had/has a subframe which is rusted through in 2 spots, which is a $3000+ repair and a major safety concern. After less than a week after purchase, the check engine light came on (the codes had been cleared, which I have read on several other reviews from other customers of Sarpy County Motors). The rear brakes also needed replaced among other issues. Since we were visiting from out of state (originally from NE), we were unable to get the car to a mechanic for inspection before purchase. During purchase, we asked the dealer if the car had been inspected by a mechanic and asked for a report. We were given a paper that showed some repairs that had been done, but no information about a rusted subframe. In addition, the car was sold for thousands over the KBB price even though it had major issues and was presented as a deal since it was originally priced at $6000 over KBB value! They wouldn't negotiate the price at all. This car should have never been sold to anyone!

Sarpy County Motors Rocks!

Thanks to the good people of Sarpy County Motors- especially Travis & Parker. We showed up late and Travis took care of us while Parker helped get our vehicle ready. This is our third or fourth vehicle from Sarpy County Motors and won't be our last. Fair prices and great service. Lee Pedersen
