    Found the vehicle I was interested via the internet and made an inquiry. Made arrangements to see and test drive the vehicle. Came to an agreement an...d made the purchase. Very satisfied.

    After having my Accord for 1year and 2 months, I traded the vehicle in. I contacted the dealership regarding a service " Auto Pro Butler". This is a s...ervice where a clear coat protectant is applied every 6 months. If it was only used 2 or 3 times and it was a 5 year warranty, then I should be receiving a refund of some sort. I kept getting the runaround from the finance guy. I then called several times to speak with the owner and I was always transferred to her assistants voicemail. After leaving a couple of messages, I still never received a call back. I even submitted an email and someone supposedly responded as if they were the owner, asking me to call to discuss the matter. Once again I called and never received a call back. I called again asking to speak with the general sales manager and what a big mistake that was. I have never been so disrespected before as a customer. I was told by Tony the general sales manager that I blind called him and that what he had on his desk was more important. Where is the professionalism here? I asked where on my paperwork does it specify that the service is non refundable and he replied sarcastically with "well did you ask". I also mentioned that I saw where it informed me to turn the page over for further information on transferability, however the back of the page was blank. This brought on a chuckle like, try and find it. Also my paperwork has two different amounts on it. It's a shame when the customer/consumer has to end a phone call, where they're being disrespected and talked down to. He practically hung the phone up in my face. At no point should anyone be spoken to like that. All I was seeking was a refund, respect and professionalism. I'm so thankful that I didn't purchase my new vehicle from here. I don't plan ever plan on purchasing another vehicle from Honda of Covington. I'll be sure to inform others of my experience, so that they'll not experience what I have. Beware that you'll have to deal with Tony's condescending attitude, if you plan on purchasing a vehicle.

    Terrible, Terrible and very disorganized service department. I brought my Vehicle 3 times, and 3 times the part that needed to be installed was 'on t...he truck'.
