I purchased my first car here. It's a very nicely run family business, and I have gotten to know the staff very well in just a few short visits.

Was very pleased with my experience here. They did not pressure me into buying a car and welcomed an inspection from my friend who is a mechanic. They stand by what they sell and they said if anything goes wrong with the car to bring it back and they will help to take care of it. Overall, they are very fair and honestly way nicer than what most car dealers are like and/or have the reputation of being. Once it is time for a new car I will definitely check Road Runner out first

I am so pleased with my car buying experience at Road Runner Auto! I wasn't assaulted by sales guys trying to put me in a car automatically. There was NO PRESSURE at Road Runner. I LOVE my car and am extremely happy with my purchase. Jim was upfront and easy to work with, and will definitely be working with him from now on for future purchases and repairs.

Justin has been very helpful over the past few months after our purchase of a used car from them. His after-the-sale service as well as the staff and mechanics helpfulness there has been over-the-top and much better than expected! With a few minor repairs needed right after the sale, they all sent out of their way to make sure we were satisfied. Also, he has been a great resource for a major repair that cropped up, months after the sale and put us in touch with a reasonable mechanic. Realizing that we are buying a USED car, things will happen and they could have just written us off - NOT SO will Justin and crew. Wonderful to work with if you ever need any assistance after the sale, they will be more than happy to make it right, all you do is call.

I'm very skeptical of smaller dealers like this, have heard horror stories. But I was very satisfied with RoadRunner. They were easy to work with, gave a great price, and fixed everything on the car that we asked them to fix. No Issues. They are worth a look if looking for a used car.

This was a great place to go. My son and I just stopped in to see prices, etc. We ended up with a new car. The people were very helpful and explained everything that was going on. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Drove an hour over, missed work . Drove an hour back. Was told it was a good car no problems. Someone smoked in it, it smelled so bad I couldn't sit in it. When stared made a lot of noise, was told the flywheel was bad. The air just blew hot air. Light was on for the traction not working. checked to see the life of the oil, it was at 0 but the oil was clear. A waste of a day.
