WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER HAD! This team of managers were the most unprofessional, inefficient individuals having go back and forth for 3 days and... multiple hours. We had previously purchased a vehicle 3 years ago from this dealership and though we would go back to this dealership, not because of the previous experience, but because we liked the vehicle. No joke - they had us going back and forth for several days - one day because their systems were down, another because in the 2 hours that we were there, they couldn't finish up the paperwork, and then on the last day, they tried to change the agreed upon deal and tell us the previous cadillac that we owned didn't qualify for a rebate and wanted to raise the price. WE BOUGHT THE CAR FROM THERE, WHY DID IT TAKE THEM 3 VISITS TO TELL US THIS? WHY CHANGE THE AGREED UPON DEAL IN THE 11TH HOUR AND NOT COME UP WITH A SOLUTION? WE We have full-time jobs, and these guys wasted our time. We showed up on the 3rd day which was supposed to be a day of signing papers and taking the car home, and the salesman and the managers that decide on pricing started bombarding us with questions about the car we had when they had all of the info for it from the getgo. It was clear that they didn't want to sell the car to us probably because my dad had an accent or they didn't like his name, or they have their prejudice biases? My dad has near perfect credit, so why on the last day, would someone come to you to renig the deal that was agreed upon when they had called to say all of the paperwork is ready, just come by and sign? I would suggest you buy a Porsche or another high-end vehicle. When you're spending this kind of money and showing customer loyalty, you need to go somewhere where the dealership understands and values the customer. Based on our experience, you will not find that here.
The plan was to get the car ready for the road this summer. Dashboard informed me that the oil needed to be replaced. I received a coupon in time to do... just what I needed! The service personnel suggested that the brake fluid be inspected as well. Which I comply, with the tire rotation. They also inspect the slow leak I was experiencing with my rear tire. Over all yes, it was a satisfactory experience.
Really great experience. They resolved my issue quickly which gave me the confidence to travel back the 8hr road trip to home. Excellent experience with... Chris in service department who helped me troubleshoot a problem while on the road from OH to GA. Honestly I hate to mention this because it was not my purpose for going to this dealer but I asked if they could clean the car. I was told it?s something they always do but to my dismay, the car wasn?t cleaned. They merely rinsed off the surface salt and dirt. But want to be fully transparent regarding my experience with the dealership.

Purchased used 2018 Cadillac CT6 Sedan. Very nice salesman named Anthony Lewis. Was not high pressured. I found the whole process much better than some... previous dealers. Ask for Anthony Lewis if you are in the market for a new or used car.
I am impressed that this dealership attempts to establish Cadillac ownership as a luxury experience. The service department goes out of their way to enhance... the service visit.
Leased Caddy 1.5 years ago. All good. Last week my tire blew on 270. My insurance company, Erie, didn’t answer the road service line. Well, they did... but said they were busy so there’d be a long wait. I hung up and called Cadillac. Well, not only did I get a response, I was connected with on-star who sent out a repair truck from the dealer. They texted me to let me know when to expect the truck and followed up to make sure they arrived. Excellent service!!!
Great service, great value and respectful of schedule
Wonderful group of gentlemen. The internet contact, Dave, caused me to come to the dealership. The sales person, Jordan, even though green, was wonderful... to work with and finally Pat was terrific. There is a need to fix a paint chip and I look forward to seeing everyone again!
Scheduling of the needed repair was easy. Repair was completed in a timely manner. Vehicle was washed and ready for pick up at the end of the day promised.
