I was looking to buy a vehicle and when asked about receiving a CarFax, Jesus became rudely argumentative and said they could get one if I was going to buy, and they could not just run CarFaxes for eveyone. Seriously? What kind of dealership doesn't already have a carFax on their vehicle? When I tried to speak he kept speaking over me and rudely and abruptly hung up! DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!

I had been looking for a infinity Ex 35 and found they the dealer had it and in the exact color and interior that I wanted. Called and spoke Jeanie she said come in with what I have and I will be ok. I went in and my whole process was about 1 and 30 minutes maybe even less and that's with me test driving, getting paperwork signed, and getting the car cleaned and ready to go. Everyone is so welcoming and they really work with you.

After speaking with them for a month before going in to ensure questions were answered and everyone on the same page, we drive 3 hrs for a huge let down. All the cars on the lot were all visibly damaged so they obviously don't care abut their inventory. The cars we went to test drive weren't there even after having called when first in route. Two of the cars chosen didn't have keys that could be found, & two others driven both had mechanical issues, 1 the engine & the other brakes & rotors. None of them were in a condition to be sold. It was a waste of time. To add to it all the bathroom was disgusting & our credit was run 5 times without authorization.

I bought a car here, they never turned in my paperwork for the title at all, didn't turn it into the bank for 3 months, told me the gap insurance was mandatory from my lender so I paid the 800 and my lender told me that is absolutely false. Rarely do they ask for it and never on a loan ratio of mine. They put in writing they'd fix something. And wouldn't, wouldn't return phone calls, and added 1000 dealer fee when they advertised in writing no dealer fee. It's been a nightmare.

I could not be happier with my experience at A luxury Autos. I went looking for a used Mercedes Benz C class and was impress with their selection, once I picked the one I wanted I sat down with the finance manager Alex who took the time to explain to me everything in my credit and the two different finance options he had available for me. I love them and I love my new car. Ask for Jeannie, Jimmy or Alex they will make sure you have an excellent experience.

I had been looking for a Range Rover for a while locally and couldnt find one where the condition of the vehicle actually lined up with the price. I was on vacation in Florida and came across one that looked great and was priced more than fairly. I went by A Luxury and drove it, and met with the guys there and they did everything possible to help me make a deal. I wanted to finance it through my own bank back home and they were great about it. I stayed in touch and a couple days later the deal was done. Special thanks to Robert, who made it happen immediately, Miguel, who even stayed in touch and answered all my calls on his day off, Luis, who has been in touch with me throughout the whole process and made it very simple even though I'm 1200 miles away, and Tatiana, who has gotten me everything else I needed after the sale! They even set up a transport service and had it delivered to me for a very fair price. They have some unbelievably nice vehicles on the lot at all times at prices that will sell quick. They also will do everything possible to help you make a deal. Great people and great overall experience. I have recommended them to all of my buddies here at home.

They made sure that I was the one to make the right decision on the car that I wanted. They weren't pushy, like most dealers but made the experience just as easy going as possible. They were very attentive to my demands and the price range that I was able to do. While being able to place me into a almost brand new car with extremely low mileage.
