I have now purchased two cars off of Mark Pelchen in less than a year and he is a wealth of knowledge on MB. Both vehicles were ordered from the factory... and Mark kept me up on the details along the way. I also had the chance to interact directly with Stan Petrogac and both were more than fair on pricing and were straight-forward and fun to deal with. I have always been a BMW fan but the sporty approach that MB has taken has won me over and I will be back to Smail for my next MB purchase as well.

This is the fourth car I have leased from BudSmail Mercedes Benz. Everyone has always been helpful.couteous, knowledgeable, and have met my price range.... They have always explained all the features of the cars to me that I have needed to know. I took my vehicle for service and, as usual, the service department did an excellent job. Someone was there to welcome me, confirm what I had brought my... vehicle in for, performed the maintenance, wet washed my vehicle and presented me with a bill for payment. Ford service department is great. Will I ever buy another vehicle from Smail Auto? That remains to be seen. I still remain completely ticked off with what happened with the purchase process that transpired last February when I purchased my current vehicle. I filled out the survey, informed FMC about what happened and nothing has been done to remedy the situation.
