Zero stars, bait and switch. First off the salesman was friendly, very polite and helpful, I liked that guy...thats where the relationship ended.. Called on a vehicle, CLEARLY marked price, set up a plane ticket and was going to put a deposit on it and amazingly within 12hrs the price jumped 7500.00. Called and spoke with staff and they said its market value fluctuations. I explained I called on it when it was at "X" amount, then when I was ready to go check it out and buy, the price went up because people were interested? Thats not how ethical business operates. You post an item for sale, you honor that price and continue with the next vehicle, not raise the price since it is getting attention. On top of that, a 10 year old vehicle does not need Paint protection 499.00, lojack for 699.00, NSD etech? for 399.00, processing fee of 899.00, non-tax fees 100.00??? and pretend like getting a small discount is "helping you out". Buyers need to pay attention to what they are signing for, DO YOUR RESEARCH, KBB and NADA are good guides, but really go see what the vehicles are selling for and don't be afraid to walk away from scam sales like this place. The world is full of good honest dealers, that honor actual pricing and do not have overly exorbitant add on cost. The sales manager spoke to me like I was ignorant to vehicle values and unfortunately for him, I have bought and sold more cars than most dealers. I am able to break down bad sales tactics and it clearly annoyed them by doing so. NO ONE and I mean NO ONE should be talked to like a child, as soon as that happens, hang up and move along. The consumer has every right to question cost, details of a sale, fee's, and explain their reasoning for the questions. The dealer has every right to not listen and move along as well. Buy elsewhere, run don't walk away, and remember its your money you worked hard for. This place is an absolute terrible dealership working off one of the worst business models, and its probably attributed to the main office being based in Florida. Look up ANY dealer in Florida and scroll to the bottom of the page, FEE upon FEE upon FEE. Deceptive and unethical, dont waste your time.

Since I’ve purchased my daughter a 2014 Mercedes I had so many issues. I have to now pay 1600 for a fluid injector smh she has not had the chance to njoy her car . I know Mercedes are expensive but I didn’t think i would have so many issues within months . Please do not recommend.

Exorbitant additional “fees”
