My brother-in-law brought his car to get worked on. We noted the items in the vehicle. When we received the car back we were missing a pair of sunglasses, a gps, a tool set and money we left in the cup holder.

This was for a factory recall, the second time bringing the Jeep in for this issue. It should take 1 - 2 days to do the work. Got a phone call to inform me the steering column nut was stripped and they were having trouble removing it, they stripped the nut the first time it was there. I drove the Jeep over 50,000 miles with a stripped steering column nut. I got the Jeep back 10 days later, over $50.00 per day for rental. Dealership credited $230.00 for the rental.
