My schedule appointment for a test-drive was abruptly

My schedule appointment for a test-drive was abruptly canceled, as I was driving to the dealership, by a phone call from the manager stating that the car had been sold. Unfair and unethical…!!! The general manager has so far been unresponsive, and I have now contacted the owners seeking to voice my complaint to their Public Relations Department.

We were guided through the ordering process in an informed and accommodating way. When a decision had to be made, we were given all of the needed information. Delivery and familiarization with the new car and the financing was efficient and a breeze. And of course the car itself is great! An altogether wonderful experience!
