I would highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a quality preowned imported car. The differences between this dealership and others are numerous. The vehicles that are on their inventory website are actually there on the lot and available. When a car is sold its listing is promptly removed from the website. Another difference is in how they approach customers. The sales staff is laid back and knowledgeable, especially John 'Senior' Barcotti. He is an amazing person and a pleasure to deal with when buying a car. I visited the lot a number of times, test drove several cars and was never pressured. When I found the car I really liked, Senior spent extra time talking with me, answering all my questions and addressed a few concerns I had with the car. He made the buying experience a very good one for me and I'm happy with my my purchase.

Worst experience I have ever had!! I just went there to look at a car they had for sale there. I was not prepared to have mine looked at but just wanted more information on one they had there. They offered me way less then what I owed on my car which is what I kinda expect from a dealer... I said well I can not do it for that price you offered and I will sell it on my own. He said what do you want for it... I said I would do 1500 less then what I owe but cant do more then that.... The guy said, well good luck!! VERY rood! I explained that I was not going to be rood like he was being and that I will just wait and sell it on my own. He then said and followed me out the door saying well your 30 you just know everything and don't want to realized what your car is really worth... I went on to explain that I could sell it for more then that could offer because I almost did to someone but at the time did not have the extra cash to make up for what I was going to loose on my car and did not want to get screwed knowing that by taking 3000 less for it. He said I didn't understand how it works and that I would not get what I wanted... I then explained that my step dad did sales I do understand somewhat how it works and that I do my research before I buy anything. He was laughing and walked away with anger. I asked if there was a manager there today and he said no he was not in today. NEVER in my life have I felt so belittled by someone. Please find somewhere else to go if you can, maybe he just did not like women or was having a bad day, but he did not like that I knew or felt that my car was worth as much as I believed it was and for that I got disrespected. After seeing an Jaguar XK8 online we decided to go an look we met the owner John who introduced us to his team all of which were very friendly and helpful and not pushy like some of the dealerships we had been to. after test driving the vehicle we decide to get it and were then left in the capable hand of John snr manager who was again friendly and helpful we felt like he did us a good deal on our trade in and after getting his guys to give the car a once over and detailing it, it looked and drove like a new car.Because it is not a new car they offer an extended warrenty which we feel is an excellent deal which we are getting and they do all the servicing and repairs themselves, which means we will be seeing them again which suits us. I contacted them regarding a Mercedes E-350 my husband and I saw online. I spoke with John Sr. and he described it as a great car in great condition. We live in Orlando so we were concerned that we couldn't see the car right away. John Sr. assured me the car was in great condition and asked for a deposit to hold it for 3 days until we could go to see it. My husband was upset that I gave the deposit without having ever dealt with this business, he doesn't trust anyone. But to my relief and his surprise, everything went smoothly. The car was, indeed, perfect inside and outside. We traded in our E-320 and got a fair deal. I liked that the place was so clean. John Sr. and the other staff we met were very friendly, as well as the owner who stopped by and said hello. We liked them so much that we asked John Sr. to look for and SUV for us.

Great dealership, great staff, great car (used E-class Mercedes). I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism of the Ormond Fine Autos staff members (who handled my out of state purchase with ease). The vehicle was in better condition than I could have imagined and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Ormond Fine Autos.

Ormond returned my call concerning a Porsche Boxster they currently have in their fine vehicle offering. The gentleman was courteous and answered all my questions. We are reviewing the possibility of purchasing the vehicle at this time.
