I called and left a message in Dec. but never got a response. I ended up writing them but no response. I should have known by now that they were probably not going to be very good to work with but with all the 5 star reviews I thought maybe they are just super busy so I finally call back today and to my surprise a women answers. She was not helpful at all, she made no effort to try to help me. She was very short with me and I had to keep asking her to repeat herself because she talks fast and low...almost like she is mumbleing. bad customer service skills is my pet peeve. I felt like I was bothering her. It seems really odd to me that they have gotten so many good reviews with my experience so far with them. Very dissapointed :(

They were upfront, nice, no pressure, and honest. All things that you don't find at a franchise dealership. I was fed up with the hard sell from other places and it was great to find this place. I will go again and again and again when I am in need of a car.

I have never had such an easy car purchase experience! Yevi advertised the lowest price of any comparable Ford Edge on the market and when I met him he went over all of the details of the vehicle without skipping anything. I couldn't believe I could get such a great deal on what appeared to be a great vehicle. My trust but verify nature took me to my mechanic to have them check the vehicle out and he said it was in excellent condition and only needed an oil change. I am overly impressed with Abramovich motors and look forward to purchasing my next car from them!

I brought a BMW from them in September of 2013. It was a great experience. They inspect and make sure they are selling quality used cars. It was my first time walking onto a lot and not feeling as though someone was pressuring me to buy a car. They are honest and very helpful during the process. The buying process was very simple as well. I was only there for no more than an hour, and I hear of people sitting at car dealerships all day to purchase a vehicle. They are also helpful after the process and you can tell that their main goal is not just to sale vehicles, but to sell good vehicles and provide quality customer service and care. I would definitely buy another vehicle from them and I do highly recommend.

Up front honest people. Not your normal used car lot. Good car for honest prices. Would recommend to anyone.

Here is a family-owned and operated business that demonstrates an instinctive understanding of the way business is supposed to be done. From the moment I called about an ad on Cars.com, they showed a willingness to work with me and to go above and beyond in order to bring about a successful result. I was 30 miles away without a vehicle--Yevi picked me up in the car I was asking about. My financing was tricky--Nadia worked with several banks and got me an excellent rate. The car itself was immaculate--better than I had hoped. It was priced well under the NADA value. They provided over 40 photos on their website and informed me of the only blemish--a slight scrape on the front bumper--during our very first conversation. They handed me the Carfax and the Autocheck (score 93!) when I walked in the door. So...to summarize: honesty,efficiency, pricing and product. It all adds up to integrity--a quality that cannot be taught, a quality that is a welcome find among car dealers. My business is facilitating car purchases for individual clients...if every dealer operated the way that Abramovich Motors does, I would be out of work. Sadly, (but lucky for me), they do not. My highest recommendation--this really is 'The Way It Should Be'.

We purchased our car over the internet - a process that would cause anyone significant anxiety. The team at Abram Motors helped every step of the way - being available to show the car to the inspector, putting together the paperwork, helping us get it shipped. When we had some issues with the shipper, Yevi helped after hours to make sure we got our car as quickly as possible. They aren't a "sell it and forget it" team, they followed through all the way until we received and inspected the car for ourselves. Couldn't ask for a better internet based car buying experience!

Our experience today was great! They were extremely friendly and helpful. Our time spent here was really fast. They made our experience very easy and they were very helpful in informing us of every detail of the car and they explained the contract well. My husband and I are very pleased with the way they conducted business.
