Poorly run

Sterling as whole is a shady company. Would not purchase another vehicle from them. It’s treatment of employees is shameful. Would encourage everyone to look elsewhere for a vehicle and/or a job.

down home

a place where you feel like a friend and neighbor. i use both jennings and opelousas for everything, it would take all day to name all those fine folks. now,it starts at the top and stops with the last name on the roster. these folks are very serious about sales and more than that about customer satisfaction! will i go back? yes! this is my 2nd ram and the last, it is as fine as you can get.

Exceptional & Quality Service!

Extremely satisfied for the exceptional service I received from Sterling while my Jeep was undergoing warranty repairs. They were very helpful and informative throughout the entire process along with providing excellent customer service. Service Advisor, Heith Adams, went above and beyond to ensure that my Jeep was repaired and made me feel confident in choosing Sterling for the needed repairs. I would recommend Sterling to anyone and look forward to doing business with them in the future!

Service Department

Enjoying my 2015 ram 2500! Tommy was a great salesman. My problem is with the receptionist whom schedules appointments and the service manager Jude. I purchased 5 trucks from sterling including this one over the years. I live in Alexandria and work away. I called in for scheduling to pick up my vehicle at my home in Alexandria for service and I was told I live to far my pick up and delivery.I demanded to speak to the service manager who's voicemail is full and I was placed on hold for 15 solid minutes. Finally Jude picks up and questions me what I need done in service and I told him just a oil change. He told me sarcastically that there's no one to pick up and deliver just for an oil change. I questioned him about the advertisement for pickup/delivery and he told me to get with my salesman. You would think after my 5th truck driving 50 miles to a dealer that I could get treated better! Service Department needs to tighten up and follow through with regulations and respect. The overall issues I see is the unprofessional acts from appointment scheduling and Jude which isn't the first time he has been unhelpful and rude to customers as I've been told and witnessed. I told Jude that i was going to call Mr Robert Cook to possibly help resolve my issue and his response to me was "good luck". Something needs to be done in service department and to earn my business back!! I can accept that it may be a inconvenience to pick up my truck just for oil change, but it's the way I was treated after all the good business I have brought over the years.

Great experience!

Was in and out in no time with the vehicle I had been wanting. Couldn't ask for better. The salesman was professional and upfront and honest about what vehicle would best fit my budget. No hidden Prices!
