Awesome customer service

I had a great shopping experience with Hector Verdin. He made sure to go over the whole truck with me and answered questions I had even after I left. Very professional and genuine. I highly recommend Hector and Phil Long Ford of Raton. We already got a thank you card from Hector and it’s been less than a week that I bought the truck! He is very focused on giving the best buying experience for everyone included.

No communication!

Communication skills are next to zero! I had to make multiple attempts to hear from anyone at the dealer when I ordered a new truck, then the same noncomm after I bought it! Run don’t walk away from here and find a dealer who knows what organization and customer service is.

Emergency repairs while traveling back to Colorado and pulling rv trailer. Cassie Phillips, Service advisor and D. Duncan, Technician Performed above expectations. In and out and back on the road in the morning hours, allowing us to complete our trip the same day. Given another opportunity to utilize your services, I would without hesitation.
