    2017 F-250 Travelling on I-25 through Raton, NM and experienced terrible "death wobble" at highway speed. Forced to stop quickly for safety. As we were... close by, we turned around on a Wednesday afternoon and drove straight to Ford dealer in Raton, NM at 2:30 pm. Pulled up, explained situation, truck was taken in service immediately, diagnosed, tested, repaired and retested in 1 hour. We were back on the road in 1 hour fully fixed and covered fully by warranty. Nice friendly people and fantastic service. A true blessing. Thank you Phil Long Ford in Raton, NM.

    Nobody likes to have their vehicle fixed, but, if you do, there is no better place than Phil Long ford in raton, NM. My problem was difficult to describe... or to reproduce. Phil Long Ford took the time, found the issue, ordered the part, and scheduled a convenient time for me. The work was done promptly and I enjoyed my visit with hot coffee and popcorn and being able to joke and laugh with Frank and one of his sales staff. I will always go first to Phil Long of Raton when anything vehicle related comes up in my life.

    Being 400 miles from home and your tow vehicle to break down is not the best way to start off a vacation. We had to have a tow truck to get our 2004 F350... to Phil Long Ford on July 6, 2019 also known as 4th of July week/weekend and also our 39 ft. 5th wheel to Sumerlan RV Park. As it being late on a Saturday evening the service department had closed by the time my truck arrived. Not a rental car or loner car was available until Wednesday. Monday morning by lunch time they had the results of the diagnostics. With it being a older pickup not many dealers still have a lot of parts in stock so they ordered the part that needed to be replaced. Matt in the service department said that the part would be in the next day. During the tear down the mechanic noticed 3 other things that was missing or not installed properly and or not tighten properly from another Ford dealership. So they had to order more parts which took more time . With all that being said a big thumbs up for Matt he keep me informed about ever little detail, and the mechanic that found the other missing or not properly installed parts and to Kathy for bringing us a car and telling of some things to see and do in the area. The High Pressure Oil Pump that failed, Matt got covered under warranty. Long Ford in RATON, NM. was not our destination but as it turned out we meet some really neat friends. Going out on the limb Matt offered to get us to a store for supplies and groceries. THANKS AGAIN TO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT PHIL LONG FORD.

    My truck was in for recall work. Since the work performed is unobservable, I can?t comment on?quality? of work done. Especially, since I never experienced... the possible problem that required the recall. Service staff were very helpful and competent. Service was done as scheduled and my experience was very satisfactory .
