I took my 2021 F250 to a Plattner dealership for an oil

I took my 2021 F250 to a Plattner dealership for an oil change. The mechanic hit another truck in the lot and tore my truck door and bed. It took me suing Plattner Auto Group before they would offer to fix my truck and then wanted to take it to some fly by night shop and wouldn't tell me the name of it. I'm NOT giving my truck to just anyone and they can pay my body shop right here in town to fix it or we go to court. These people suck and could care less about the customer until you do something drastic!

My car was involved in a collision last year October 18,

My car was involved in a collision last year October 18, 2023, I had my car towed to this location for repairs. They had car for about two months. And now a year later on 11/18/2024 I noticed that my car was shaking, so I took it back to be checked and come to find out my motor mounts were broken and also the motor bolts along with the right cv axles. My car was hit from the right side. My motor had shifted to the left from impact…they never reported it my insurance. I will never take my car there for repairs or service again.

Contacted the dealership about a vehicle in inventory.

Contacted the dealership about a vehicle in inventory. Salesman stated they couldn’t find the keys. Got a callback six hours later stating the car was sold.. Salesman never made any attempts to find another vehicle. I went to another Chevy Dealer and bought the same car that day. Just sad, bad business.

Vehicle Repair 2

My experience was a good one however, it could have been better. my vehicle was at your facility for about a week for repairs. Once it received it back all maintenance lights were on again. Will reschedule to bring it back soon.
