They do not operate transparently and in fact try and
They do not operate transparently and in fact try and confuse the buyer. They talk about what you are signing but you have to work really hard to get copies of anything. Beware anything around their warranty or service contracts. It feels very much like a scam. I personally walked away feeling that way especially after my first service to discover the things I was told were included were not. The service department blames sales and finance. Well guess what? It is the same company. Do better Scott Clark. Would never do business with them again but am stuck because of the service warranty.

Brianna Ortiz was my service advisor and her attention to my car's needs was exceptional. She brought my attention to a needed 4-wheel alignment, which I decided was a good idea. I feel very confident about the services received that day. The wait time was reasonable, and my car received a wash as well.
