I had a great experience buying my first car through Scott Clark Honda. I specifically worked with Abdul, who was very friendly and professional. Right of the bat, he understood our needs and helped us find a great car at a great price point! If you’re in the market for a Honda, go to Scott Clark and ask for Abdul!

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the customer service and purchase of my 2014 Honda Accord. I purchased from your dealership in July 2017 and I have had ISSUES ever since I drove off your lot. My first concern is prior to my purchase, I was a PRIORITY. When I returned for service, my salesman did not even acknowledge me. I understand this was a profit transaction but without customers your dealership is not needed. My second concern is that shortly after taking possession of the vehicle, I began experiencing transmission issues. The car seemed to be kicking/jerking out of gear…from acceleration to full speed. After multiple service visits, the servicemen kept saying the model of the transmission functions in that manner. Eventually, they changed some parts in the transmission but the problem persisted. My third issue is during a visit for my oil change, it was recommended that the wheel bearing be replaced. I was told that this service was not covered by my warranty and it was quoted at nearly $1300. I researched and found a more reasonable price for that suggested service (12 months warranty) at another service provider. Years later, I went back to the dealership for other services and they recommended that the same wheel bearings needed to be replaced. THIS TIME THE WARRANTY COMPANY CONFIRMED THAT THE SERVICE WAS COVERED!!! So, essentially I was turned away and had to incur charges that were indeed covered by my warranty. I was out about $800 out of pocket for this oversight. I can provide the documentation if you would like to confirm my claim. Your servicemen should be tasked with doing their due diligence to be informed about the warranties and help the customers. Again, without customers there is no need for your dealership. My most recent visit (June 21, 2025), I requested to have the front end checked (ie: tire rod). The service department determined it was the passenger axle seal leak and the sway bar link that needed to be replaced. The axle seal was definitely covered by the warranty but it had to be confirmed by the warranty company on Monday, June 23, 2025. There was no communication with me from Scott Clark Honda regarding this matter on Monday so ended up calling the service department for an update. A few hours later, I received a text informing me that a claim was submitted. My fourth issue is I was off all day on Monday and I could have prioritized a service visit even if it took all day. I was told the earliest would be Wednesday but I had to work. We agreed on Friday, eventually having to take a day off without pay because I desperately need my personal transportation. I arrived at SCH at 8 AM for an 8:30 AM appointment and was told the job should take 2-3 hours. I was in the waiting area and able to see my vehicle up in the bay. It was not touched from 9 AM to 10 AM…check your tapes. I eventually checked out at noon and finally requested the courtesy car wash. My car was not washed and the servicewoman made an excuse in their defense. I don’t appreciate it! My fifth and final issue is the customer service. It is dismissive, inconsiderate, uninformed, and sometimes not very accommodating. Again, before my purchase I was a PRIORITY. Unfortunately, along with the variety of services issues I experienced and the customer service, this is easily the worst vehicle experience in my life! I will never return to purchase another vehicle with Scott Clark Honda because I simply DID/DO NOT FEEL APPRECIATED!! I am very big on reviews and I plan to leave one about my experience with your dealership to help others make the most informed decisions before giving you their business. Kind Regards,

Bryan Funez greeted me in the service department as soon
Bryan Funez greeted me in the service department as soon as I arrived. He verified with me the services that I requested. He estimated 90 minutes for my wait time. I relaxed in the customer lounge. My car was ready early (under 90 minutes). The charges were reasonable and less than I expected. My car got a free wash as well. Great dealership!

Travis was fantastic.
Travis was fantastic. Extremely honest, not pushy at all. 5 stars for him. The only annoyance of the entire process was having to wait for over an hour for finance as they were short staffed. Eddie from finance was great though.

Asel was absolutely wonderful!
Asel was absolutely wonderful! She is honest and truly cares about her customer’s needs and wants. If she doesn’t know the answer to a question, she says so and will find the answer. I HIGHLY recommend contacting Asel if you’re in the market for a car. We will always ask for her. She keeps her word! I gave Scott Clark a 4 star bc of the time it takes. That’s the only reason. We will shop there again….with Asel of course!!!

Scott Clark Honda provided better pricing and
Scott Clark Honda provided better pricing and communication than my local Honda dealer. Traveled 180 miles and was greeted by Jarel, he had all the documentation ready and vehicle prepped. Easy, no hassle transaction even with the trade in.
