as a family we had bought 3 vehicles from them.

as a family we had bought 3 vehicles from them. i was in a week ago found nic evehicle nice price drove well very clean. ended up buying it drove the 80 miles then a light came on stopped to get it checked the next morning..wouldnt you know transmission warning. so this pissed me off texted the sales man xxx get back to me..nothing called the dealer they were like no warranty nothing we can do i said nice wait to treat a customer . they didnt give a xxxx we got our money and that code was just erased. so we didnt know of any issues pure xxxx dealer..id suggest you never trust a dealer that would do that..move on walk run away

Selling my car to them

I waited a few days to see if a manager would reach out and at least apologize before posting this but of course they just ignored me. They reached out to me about buying my vehicle and I mentioned multiple times before even showing up that I owed more than what they would probably offer and that I was not able to pay the left over amount. They told me not to worry they would work it out. When I get there the salesman (who was extremely nice and respectful) told me what would happen is the left over amount would just be billed to me by the bank and I would work it out with them. Cool, I was a fine with that. We signed paperwork, they took my car to the back and I was done. Waited for my ride and was about to leave and the salesman comes running out to me. He asked if I could come back inside with him as something “funky” had happened. When I get inside he said basically I have to write them a check for the leftover balance or they would no longer buy my car. I told him that was my concern before I even walked in the door and he just grabbed my keys and walked me out the door. No manager came to apologize or make anything right. The poor salesman was new and they put him out on the floor without proper training. So when I got home I messaged the same person that I was dealing with prior to even coming in and no answer. So I emailed the manager who had originally reached out to me via email, no answer. I’m seriously just so shocked that a place with such good reviews treated me this way. It’s one thing to mess up, but to not even own up to it or try and make things right is just flat out bad business. I will never recommend them and I will never go back to them.

Relentless (not in a good way)

Went to get an offer on my car. Very low offer, $1500 less than another dealer. Then tried to sell me on their sell savvy plan. Had a hard time getting away from the, process took an hour (20 minutes a 2 other dealers and both with higher offers. To make things worse i have gotten a text and 3 robocalls from them —ALL FROM DIFFERENT NUMBERS because I keep blocking their numbers and get calls from a different number. Thinking about complaining to the attorney general.

Terrible

I am very, very unhappy with the vehicle we purchased. Two weeks after we bought it, the check engine light came on. We took it in to see what the issue was and found out that there were thousands of dollars of work needed to fix it. Brake issues, broken pistons, hoses needed replaced and were leaking, missing parts, and the list goes on. After that, the window stopped working. We were told the vehicle had been inspected. If it were inspected properly, they would have realized these issues. Either it was not inspected or they sold us a vehicle while claiming that it was in good working order, when that was certainly not the case. I have reached out to them detailing all of this, and have yet to hear back from them. We put our trust in them unfortunately. I'm not normally one to write a review, but I thought I'd save others the hassle and problems we have had.

Good Experience

Robert and Nick made trading cars painless. Fair trade and easy to work with. No pressure tactics. My wife and I both had a good experience. Highly recommended.

Erika is the best! Easiest car purchase ever!
